Alan is responsible for developing JLL Canada's business strategy, driving revenue, delivering best-in-class service to clients, and partnering with the company's business in the Americas and globally.

Before joining JLL in September 2019, Alan was President at Triovest Realty Advisors, a real estate advisory and investment firm with over $10 billion in assets under management.

An Honours graduate of the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo, Alan began his commercial real estate and entrepreneurial life part time throughout university as a market researcher with a side business of producing hand drawn architectural renderings.

Ann Marie Petach has been a Director of JLL since 2015.
From 2007 until 2014, Ms. Petach was a senior leader at BlackRock, Inc., the global firm managing trillions of dollars' worth of investments on behalf of governments, companies, foundations, and individuals. Most recently, Ms. Petach was the co-head of U.S. Client Solutions. Prior to that she was the Chief Financial Officer of BlackRock.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Petach was Vice President, Treasurer at Ford Motor Company, where she worked for the firm in the U.S., Europe and South America for 23 years.
Ms. Petach is currently a member of the board of directors of some of BlackRock's affiliated companies. She is also a trustee, secretary and treasurer of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
Ms. Petach earned a BA degree in business and Spanish from Muhlenberg College in 1982, and a MSIA degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984.

Anthony is responsible for the delivery of corporate client real estate solutions through thought-leadership, strategic innovation and leveraging existing resources in support of the Work Dynamics business across Canada.
A seasoned real estate expert, Anthony has extensive experience in delivering innovative and integrated real estate solutions to Corporate, Retail and Infrastructure portfolios. An avid believer in providing clients with innovative real estate tools, Anthony has partnered with the Capital Markets buisiness line, using technology to ensure consistent and integrated service delivery across the country.
With over 20 years of experience, Anthony joins JLL from BGIS where he managed real estate portfolios of a combined 100M square feet across a wide range of assets and industries for major corporate accounts. His dual background in architecture and strategic and operational real estate management gives him a unique perspective and understanding of our clients' real estate challenges.
After obtaining his degrees in architecture from the University of Waterloo, Anthony started his career as an Associate at Dunlop Architects, where he was responsible for managing resources and operations.
In the past few years, Anthony was awarded the CoreNet Global Professional Excellence Award and completed several certifications such as the Certified Deal Architect (CDA), Certified Constructions Contracts Administrator Certification and the Building Science Specialist of Ontario.

Bridget Macaskill has been a Director at JLL since 2016.
Until July 2019, Ms. Macaskill was the Non-Executive Chairman and, prior to that, the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Eagle Holdings, Inc., which she joined in 2009.
Prior to joining First Eagle, Ms. Macaskill served as Chief Operating Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., where she is recognized for creating the Oppenheimer Funds' Women & Investing program, dedicated to educating American women about the need to take charge of their personal finances.
Ms. Macaskill has served on a number of public company and not-for-profit boards. She is currently on the boards of Jupiter Fund Management plc., merchant banking firm Close Brothers plc. and Cambridge Associates LLC.
A native of the United Kingdom, Ms. Macaskill earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and completed post-graduate studies at the Edinburgh College of Commerce.

Christian Ulbrich has held management positions at JLL for more than fifteen years. When he joined the company in 2005, he took on the role of Managing Director for Germany. In 2009, he was appointed CEO for the EMEA region and also became a member of the Executive Board. In 2016, he assumed the role of Chairman of the Executive Board and became a member of the Supervisory Board. Before joining JLL, he spent seven years as CEO of the Germany-wide HIH Group, headquartered in Hamburg. Prior to this role, he had already spent ten years in senior positions at other national and international banks.
Christian is a passionate advocate for a sustainable, diverse and inclusive global future. He is a Vanguard board member of the World Economic Forum's Partnering Against Corruption Initiative. He is also a member of the board of directors of Vonovia SE, Europe's largest residential real estate company.
Christian earned a senior degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg, and attended the Stanford University GSB program. He lives near Frankfurt, Germany.

Courtney is the Head of HR for Capital Markets, based in Dallas, Texas. Her responsibilities include aligning HR services to support business growth.

Courtney and her team have direct responsibility and oversight to deliver high value human resource programs that align with business line and client needs. She sits on the Human Resources Leadership Team that develops people strategy and operations across the globe.
Courtney has over 23 years' experience in human resource practice and design. She started her career at JLL as a Global HR Manager for the Procter and Gamble account. She has led and implemented several best practice HR initiatives within JLL, including global recruiting, organizational design, talent management, reward programs and employee on boarding with various clients.
She has been a featured speaker at CoreNet on how to successfully engage in vested outsourcing to drive organizational capability. After this she led the largest corporate outsourcing transition with Bank of America as the Human Resources lead. After this, she was promoted to oversee JLL's Work Dynamics business across Canada, the US, and Latin America with managerial oversight of over 60 team members across 12 countries. From there Courtney managed the Corporate Functions teams globally across JLL in addition to retaining oversight of HR services across the firm's Latin America businesses.

Currently, Cynthia leads the Client Value and Growth team for JLL Work Dynamics, which is collaboratively focused on solving the challenges that stand in the way of our clients' growth objectives. Comprised of business and M&A strategy, as well as revenue generating teams: Consulting, Product Development, Business Partnerships, Sales and Marketing; Cynthia's organization accelerates innovation and delivers differentiated value to clients, even as the market shifts and needs evolve.
Cynthia joined JLL in 2019 after more than two decades at GE, where she served in various global leadership roles in product, portfolio and business management and marketing. Throughout her career, Cynthia has been deeply passionate about talent development and devoting time and energy to helping others build brighter careers. She has led accelerated development programs and served as a guest lecturer on career development topics.

Dave specializes in the valuation of major institutional grade retail, office and industrial assets across the country. For over ten years, he has been directly involved in appraising and advising on some of the most prestigious real estate in Canada.
For almost fifteen years, Dave has been directly involved in appraising and advising on major institutional grade retail, office and industrial assets across Canada. Working in Toronto, he specializes in the valuation of complex real estate assets from coast-to-coast, and is one of the country's leading enclosed shopping centre and downtown office tower valuation experts. From a retail perspective, Dave, alongside Gordon Coffell, Warren Coffell, and Jared Coffell, have personally valued or advised on over 80 percent of the country's regional shopping centres, and have assembled one of the largest data banks of retail statistics in the country. The group also regularly completes trophy office valuations throughout Canada's major markets, collaborating often with JLL's local leasing and research personnel. Working primarily with Canada's largest Pension Funds, REITs, and local/international clients, Dave's specialized team valued over $40 billion of commercial real estate in 2020 for various annual purposes, as well as completed a variety of quarterly advisory and portfolio value monitoring assignments.
Dave also leads JLL Canada's growing group of valuation professionals as National Practice Lead, and is focused on the goals, results, and strategy surrounding the best-in-class platform. He sits on JLL Valuation Advisory's Americas Executive Committee, and is involved in various global initiatives within JLL Valuation Advisory - a team of some 1,300 valuers and advisors who appraise more than $3.5 trillion annually across all major asset classes.
Prior to joining JLL, Dave spent over six years at Cushman & Wakefield in a variety of positions. In his last role, he was responsible for the valuation of high-profile investments across the country for many of the larger pension funds and REITS, as well as institutional and other industry leaders.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia. He was awarded his AACI designation in 2013, and is also recognized as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Kaitlin; two young children, Benjamin and Ella; and golden retriever, Yukon. He is also an avid golfer, having been a member of St. George's Golf and Country Club for over 25 years.
Deborah (Debbie) McAneny was named a Director in 2019.
Ms. McAneny held various roles at John Hancock Financial Services over 20 years, including most recently as Executive Vice President for Structured and Alternative Investments. Following that, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Benchmark Assisted Living, LLC from 2006 to 2009.
Ms. McAneny served on the Board of Directors of HFF, the leading capital markets advisor recently acquired by JLL, and currently holds board seats at KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., THL Credit Advisors LLC, RREEF Property Trust, Inc., and RREEF America REIT II.

Mr. Rivera has extensive global experience in finance and operations. He is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions. He previously held senior management positions, including Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, at global eye health company Bausch & Lomb, and in higher education administration.
He serves on the boards of ESL Federal Credit Union and Rochester Regional Health.
Mr. Rivera holds a Doctor of Management degree from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from the William E. Greg serves as a strategic finance partner to JLL business leaders in the Americas region and to leaders in the global Capital Markets and Finance teams.
Greg is a highly skilled financial executive with progressive experience in all facets of executive leadership. In his roles, Greg helps drive strategic commercial growth, margin expansion and transformation activities.
Greg joined JLL in July 2019 through the acquisition of HFF, Inc., where he served as HFF's Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer since October 2006. Greg played a key role in HFF's initial public offering in January 2007 and held responsibility for all areas of financial accounting and reporting for HFF and its 26 offices in the United States and United Kingdom. He served as a member of HFF's executive committee starting in 2010 and was a member of its operating committee from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining HFF, Greg was an executive vice president and CFO with Precise Technology, Inc. and its successor, Rexam Consumer Plastics, Inc. He also held senior-level positions with national consulting firms and began his career with Ernst & Young in the audit division.

Hugo Bagué has been a Director of JLL since 2011.
Mr. Bagué was Group Executive for Rio Tinto Organisational Resources from 2007 to 2017, taking overall responsibility for everything from external affairs to information systems and technology. Rio Tinto Plc is an international mining and metals group headquartered in the U.K.
He previously worked at Hewlett Packard Corporation as global vice president of Human Resources for the Technology Solutions Group. He also worked for Compaq Computer, Nortel Networks and Abbott Laboratories.
Mr. Bagué earned a degree in linguistics and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Ghent in Belgium.

Jay leads more than 4,600 professionals across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. He also shares responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and client activities of JLL's global capital markets business as a member of the firm's global capital markets board, and the Americas capital markets business as a member of the Executive Committee.
Before assuming his current role in January 2014, Jay led JLL's Americas Capital Markets business, starting in 2008, when he joined as part of the Staubach acquisition. He guided the business through a substantive restructure during the market downturn and drove revenue growth exceeding 600 percent from 2010 to 2013. Under Jay's leadership, the Americas business has grown from 150 people in 2009 to a 2,000-person regional business spread across 47 offices.
Jay has directed the expansion of the firm's Capital Markets service offering, adding new capabilities in loan servicing, loan sales, GSE lending, equity fundraising, and credit tenant lease financing. He broadly expanded the firm's product coverage in the Americas to include multifamily, industrial, office, and retail brokerage and financing. This included spearheading the acquisition of Oak Grove Capital in late 2015, three strategic acquisitions that broadened JLL's global valuation advisory capabilities, and the 2019 acquisition of HFF, which more than doubled JLL's capital markets coverage in the U.S. and quickly scaled the firm's debt advisory business in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Jay started his nearly three-decade career in real estate after earning a business management degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He joined Prudential's general account real estate investment group, where he held various roles in investment management, lending and development and was a founding member of its property management and agency leasing subsidiary, Premisys Real Estate Services.

Jeetu Patel was named a Director in 2019.
Mr. Patel is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Security and Applications business. He leads the strategy and development of a multibillion-dollar portfolio and has P&L responsibility for the Security, AppDynamics and Collaboration divisions. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Patel was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Box, an enterprise cloud content management platform. He oversaw the company's product and platform strategy, setting the company's long-term roadmap and vision for cloud content management in the enterprise. His other past roles include General Manager and Chief Executive of the Syncplicity business unit of EMC (now part of Dell) and Founder and President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm focused on collaboration and content management.

Larry Quinlan was named a Director of JLL in May 2022 and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee in December 2023.
As Global Chief Information Officer for Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan had responsibility for the company's technology strategy and operations and oversaw more than 10,000 information technology professionals in 175 countries. In his more than 33 years at Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan led major client relationships and advised company boards and CEOs on a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and digital strategic priorities.
Currently, Mr. Quinlan serves on the board of ServiceNow. He also is a member of the non-profit boards of KIPP Charter Schools Miami and Easterseals South Florida and co-founded TechPACT, an organization focused on inclusion and equity in the technology industry. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, information technology transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Moses Ojeisekhoba was named a Director in December 2022.
Mr. Ojeisekhoba has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry. Since July 2016, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance for Swiss Re, where he is responsible for the company's Reinsurance Business Unit, covering both property and casualty as well as life and health. He oversees the company's reinsurance strategy and operations in more than 20 countries, providing his knowledge and expertise to clients throughout the world.
Currently, Mr. Ojeisekhoba serves as a member of Swiss Re's Group Executive Committee. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, risk knowledge, cyber security, geopolitical trends and diversity.

Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta was named a Director of JLL in 2019 and Chairman of the Board in June 2020.
Mr. Mehta was President and CEO of TransUnion, a global provider of credit and information management services, from 2007 through 2012. Prior to that, he held various roles at multinational banking and financial services company HSBC, including CEO of HSBC North America Holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation.
He serves on the boards of The Allstate Corporation, Northern Trust, TransUnion, Entrust Datacard Corporation and Amount. He is also a member of the non-profit boards of the Field Museum and the Chicago Public Education Fund.

Tina Ju was named a Director of JLL in May 2021.
Ms. Ju has more than 30 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking and operations. She co-founded VTDF China in 2000 and KPCB China in 2007. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ju spent 10 years in investment banking including at Deutsche Bank as head of TMT and Transport Asia, at Merrill Lynch as head of Asia Technology and the Corporate Finance Team, and at Goldman Sachs.
Currently, Ms. Ju serves on the boards of various private companies and the public fintech company, Yiren Digital Ltd., which provides Chinese consumers with both credit and wealth management solutions. She is also a member of the Global Leadership Council for Oxford Saïd Business School.
Ms. Ju earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and operations research from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
