Alan is responsible for developing JLL Canada's business strategy, driving revenue, delivering best-in-class service to clients, and partnering with the company's business in the Americas and globally. Based in Toronto, he leads the business and its adoption of new technologies across Canada. Before joining JLL in September 2019, Alan was President at Triovest Realty Advisors, a real estate advisory and investment firm with over $10 billion in assets under management. Alan's career spans over 30 years assuming the roles of broker, investor, asset owner and company founder. His experience in commercial real estate includes: capital markets, development, value enhancement, leasing, asset management and joint ventures. An Honours graduate of the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo, Alan began his commercial real estate and entrepreneurial life part time throughout university as a market researcher with a side business of producing hand drawn architectural renderings. Ann Marie Petach has been a Director of JLL since 2015. From 2007 until 2014, Ms. Petach was a senior leader at BlackRock, Inc., the global firm managing trillions of dollars' worth of investments on behalf of governments, companies, foundations, and individuals. Most recently, Ms. Petach was the co-head of U.S. Client Solutions. Prior to that she was the Chief Financial Officer of BlackRock. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Petach was Vice President, Treasurer at Ford Motor Company, where she worked for the firm in the U.S., Europe and South America for 23 years. Ms. Petach is currently a member of the board of directors of some of BlackRock's affiliated companies. She is also a trustee, secretary and treasurer of the Financial Accounting Foundation. Ms. Petach earned a BA degree in business and Spanish from Muhlenberg College in 1982, and a MSIA degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984.

A seasoned real estate expert, Anthony has extensive experience in delivering innovative and integrated real estate solutions to Corporate, Retail and Infrastructure portfolios. An avid believer in providing clients with innovative real estate tools, Anthony has partnered with the Capital Markets buisiness line, using technology to ensure consistent and integrated service delivery across the country. With over 20 years of experience, Anthony joins JLL from BGIS where he managed real estate portfolios of a combined 100M square feet across a wide range of assets and industries for major corporate accounts. His dual background in architecture and strategic and operational real estate management gives him a unique perspective and understanding of our clients' real estate challenges. After obtaining his degrees in architecture from the University of Waterloo, Anthony started his career as an Associate at Dunlop Architects, where he was responsible for managing resources and operations. Bridget Macaskill

Until July 2019, Ms. Macaskill was the Non-Executive Chairman and, prior to that, the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Eagle Holdings, Inc., which she joined in 2009. Prior to joining First Eagle, Ms. Macaskill served as Chief Operating Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., where she is recognized for creating the Oppenheimer Funds' Women & Investing program, dedicated to educating American women about the need to take charge of their personal finances. Ms. Macaskill has served on a number of public company and not-for-profit boards. She is currently on the boards of Jupiter Fund Management plc., merchant banking firm Close Brothers plc. and Cambridge Associates LLC. Alongside senior leadership, Christian is steering a strategy that positions JLL among the world's leading companies. Christian Ulbrich has held management positions at JLL for more than fifteen years. When he joined the company in 2005, he took on the role of Managing Director for Germany. In 2009, he was appointed CEO for the EMEA region and also became a member of the Executive Board. In 2016, he assumed the role of Chairman of the Executive Board and became a member of the Supervisory Board. Before joining JLL, he spent seven years as CEO of the Germany-wide HIH Group, headquartered in Hamburg. Prior to this role, he had already spent ten years in senior positions at other national and international banks. Christian is a passionate advocate for a sustainable, diverse and inclusive global future. He is a Vanguard board member of the World Economic Forum's Partnering Against Corruption Initiative. After this she led the largest corporate outsourcing transition with Bank of America as the Human Resources lead. After this, she was promoted to oversee JLL's Work Dynamics business across Canada, the US, and Latin America with managerial oversight of over 60 team members across 12 countries. From there Courtney managed the Corporate Functions teams globally across JLL in addition to retaining oversight of HR services across the firm's Latin America businesses.

Dave specializes in the valuation of major institutional grade retail, office and industrial assets across the country. For over ten years, he has been directly involved in appraising and advising on some of the most prestigious real estate in Canada. For almost fifteen years, Dave has been directly involved in appraising and advising on major institutional grade retail, office and industrial assets across Canada. Working in Toronto, he specializes in the valuation of complex real estate assets from coast-to-coast, and is one of the country's leading enclosed shopping centre and downtown office tower valuation experts. From a retail perspective, Dave, alongside Gordon Coffell, Warren Coffell, and Jared Coffell, have personally valued or advised on over 80 percent of the country's regional shopping centres, and have assembled one of the largest data banks of retail statistics in the country. The group also regularly completes trophy office valuations throughout Canada's major markets, collaborating often with JLL's local leasing and research personnel. Working primarily with Canada's largest Pension Funds, REITs, and local/international clients, Dave's specialized team valued over $40 billion of commercial real estate in 2020 for various annual purposes, as well as completed a variety of quarterly advisory and portfolio value monitoring assignments. Dave also leads JLL Canada's growing group of valuation professionals as National Practice Lead, and is focused on the goals, results, and strategy surrounding the best-in-class platform. He sits on JLL Valuation Advisory's Americas Executive Committee, and is involved in various global initiatives within JLL Valuation Advisory - a team of some 1,300 valuers and advisors who appraise more than $3.5 trillion annually across all major asset classes. Prior to joining JLL, Dave spent over six years at Cushman & Wakefield in a variety of positions. In his last role, he was responsible for the valuation of high-profile investments across the country for many of the larger pension funds and REITS, as well as institutional and other industry leaders. Dave earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia. He was awarded his AACI designation in 2013, and is also recognized as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Greg joined JLL in July 2019 through the acquisition of HFF, Inc., where he served as HFF's Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer since October 2006. Greg played a key role in HFF's initial public offering in January 2007 and held responsibility for all areas of financial accounting and reporting for HFF and its 26 offices in the United States and United Kingdom. Prior to joining HFF, Greg was an executive vice president and CFO with Precise Technology, Inc. and its successor, Rexam Consumer Plastics, Inc. James Koster II

Jay leads more than 4,600 professionals across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. He also shares responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and client activities of JLL's global capital markets business as a member of the firm's global capital markets board, and the Americas capital markets business as a member of the Executive Committee. Before assuming his current role in January 2014, Jay led JLL's Americas Capital Markets business, starting in 2008, when he joined as part of the Staubach acquisition. He guided the business through a substantive restructure during the market downturn and drove revenue growth exceeding 600 percent from 2010 to 2013. Under Jay's leadership, the Americas business has grown from 150 people in 2009 to a 2,000-person regional business spread across 47 offices. Jay has directed the expansion of the firm's Capital Markets service offering, adding new capabilities in loan servicing, loan sales, GSE lending, equity fundraising, and credit tenant lease financing. He broadly expanded the firm's product coverage in the Americas to include multifamily, industrial, office, and retail brokerage and financing. This included spearheading the acquisition of Oak Grove Capital in late 2015, three strategic acquisitions that broadened JLL's global valuation advisory capabilities, and the 2019 acquisition of HFF, which more than doubled JLL's capital markets coverage in the U.S. and quickly scaled the firm's debt advisory business in Europe and Asia Pacific. Larry Quinlan was named a Director of JLL in May 2022 and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee in December 2023. As Global Chief Information Officer for Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan had responsibility for the company's technology strategy and operations and oversaw more than 10,000 information technology professionals in 175 countries. In his more than 33 years at Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan led major client relationships and advised company boards and CEOs on a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and digital strategic priorities. Currently, Mr. Quinlan serves on the board of ServiceNow. He also is a member of the non-profit boards of KIPP Charter Schools Miami and Easterseals South Florida and co-founded TechPACT, an organization focused on inclusion and equity in the technology industry.
