Keep It Simple Real Estate was founded by two brothers and one of their wives back in mid 2021. Adam Podstawka, Paul Podstawka and Chantal Giroux-Podstawka (wife of Paul) are from a small town of Ancaster Ontario. Through the humble beginnings of civil servantas (teachers) and sales, they turned the switch on and became active real estate investors that are looking to share their knowledge with the rest of the world.
