Cary S. Glenner

Cary has 40 years of commercial real estate and legal experience. At JBG Property, Cary is responsible for acquisitions and development, entitlement process, operational matters, tenant relations and other general corporate activities. Prior to the founding of JBG Property, Cary was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Tucker Development for over 18 years. As such, Cary was responsible for acquisitions and development, entitlements, operational matters, tenant relations and other general corporate activities. Cary has practiced law for the past 40 years. In the area of Transactional Law, primarily real estate, Cary's practice encompasses the key areas of commercial real estate, zoning, land use, development and financing. He has presented before governmental bodies throughout the Chicago/Metropolitan area and represented lenders, developers, borrowers, partnerships and other entities. Cary has served as general partner and manager of several development and investment entities. Real estate activities include development and/or redevelopment in excess of 700 residential units, all-suites hotel, 27-hole golf course, clubhouse and banquet facility renovation, acquisition and sale of vacant and improved commercial properties, water rights preservation and wetlands remediation.

Jeffrey B. Glenner

Jeff has 15 years of commercial real estate investment experience. At JBG Property, Jeff is responsible for acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, financing and development, as well as overseeing property management and leasing operations. Prior to the founding of JBG Property, Jeff was Vice President of Development for Tucker Development for over 10 years. Prior thereto, Jeff spent 3 years with Terraco, Inc., a commercial real estate development company. As such, he was responsible for overseeing the development and entitlement process including market analysis, site selection, project evaluation, financial analysis and documentation and leasing for more than one million square feet of mixed-use development projects. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
