Ben Harmer

Job Titles:
  • PGA Teaching Professional & Custom Fit Expert
Ben is our custom fitting expert here at Kilpac Golf. He is a fully qualified PGA professional with over 10 years experience. Ben's interests and expertise lie in the custom fitting and club building area. Prior to working at Kilpac Golf Ben was Assistant Professional at Seaford (Blatchington) Golf Club for 4 years and then moved onto another side of the industry and become a Sales Rep for PRG Golf & Evnroll putters for 3 years, where he gained vast amounts of experience in putter fitting and technology.

Brandy Rook

  • Trainee Assistant Professional
Brandy joined the team in the summer of 2021. She has been a member of Royal Eastbourne since she was 16 and during that time she has been a 5 time ladies club champion and also a Sussex ladies county champion. Along with individual achievements she has also played in the county ladies team. After winning her final club championship, Brandy turned professional and is currently in her first year of training. Her aims are to develop her own personal coaching skills and playing career while also working hard on getting more ladies and girls into golf.

Glyn Bateman

Glyn has specialised in coaching for the last 10 years, and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of improving any level of golfer. A former winner of the Sussex Open and Sussex Professional championship's he has gone on to coach professional tournament players, junior county champions and club champions at numerous clubs in Sussex and has developed a very good reputation as a coach in the local area. He has very good communication skills and hopes to simplify to the student what can seem a very difficult game at times.

Nathan Heard

Nathan has worked in the golf industry since 2013, he started at East Sussex National and with his move to Royal Eastbourne taking place in June 2017. He was a late starter to the game of golf, but Nathan is a quick learner is currently in his 3rd year of his PGA Training. Whilst working in the golf industry Nathan obtained a BA Honour's Degree in golf management from Kingston University, this focused on finance, advertisement, teaching, and the ins and outs of a business in the golf industry. Nathan's focus is to learn as much as possible while taking on many roles to learn what it takes to run a successful business in the golfing industry.
