Instead of joining the family business, Mahdi Amjad forged his career, first in technology and then in real estate. Mahdi now leads as founder and executive chairman - Omniyat, a real-estate group. His leadership skills have garnered awards, including one of the Young Global Leaders and Top 100 Powerful Arabs of 2008, CEO of the year in 2010 and 2015, the Real Estate Tycoon Award in 2017 and more.
Mahdi Amjad pioneered Keyston Distribution in 2021. The group is building on 25+ years of solid regional business acumen to revolutionize trade through a comprehensive ecosystem of digital platforms. Mahdi's vision is to transform the trade value chain through a unique ecosystem of B2B and B2C marketplaces along with a strong fintech backbone and logistics infrastructure to address the unmet needs of consumers, retailers, suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.

Holder of master's degree in Chemical Engineering. A veteran in IT Distribution, working in computer hardware and software industry.
With over 20 years with Keyston, he has been instrumental in establishing new strategic relations with vendors and channel partners. With his strong knowledge of business and product management, he has established company startups in Iraq leading to profitable business.

Sriram Srinivasan, Director of Finance and Operations, has over twenty-five years of extensive experience in the field of Finance & Accounting in various capacities and diversified industry segments.
Sriram is a Bachelor of Science with Mathematics specialization and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) has completed the strategy level in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA). He is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants, UK (FCCA).
