Our Partners have come together from two separate Practices based in the Practice of the former Paul Kelly and Company Solicitors. Anne Kelly its former Principal is now one of the Partners and Anne's Practice was established in Leixlip since 1988 with over 34 years trading in the town. Joanne Hoban comes from an established Practice in Dublin City with over 20 years' experience. The Partners came together in December 2021 to form Kelly Hoban Solicitors LLP. We provide legal services mainly in the areas of Property Law such as buying and selling homes and commercial property. We also provide advice in relation to Commercial Leases and Landlord and Tenant matters. We represent clients in relation to Family Law matters including Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce. We provide services in Probate and the Administration of Estates.
