Annie is focused on managing the portfolio. She has spent her career in finance, having worked in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok and trained at Goldman Sachs and KKR. While she trained in corporate finance and started her career in investment banking, Annie shifted over to investment management in 2005 and has managed a significant Asia focused portfolio of investments across asset classes.

An economist by training with a PhD in fiscal policy, Chotiphun (Kip) is focused on Kliff's direction and strategy. He also sources deals and maintains key relationships. Kip currently serves as an advisor to the senator in Thailand's Department of Public and Political Development; and serves as a chairman of the executive committee, member of the board of directors and a member of the investment committee for publicly listed companies in Thailand. He has helped many companies crystallize their value via constructive activist investing. He began his career as an investment strategist at DBS Bank, Thailand HQ.

Siro, a seasoned professional with a diverse background, spent nearly four transformative years living in New Zealand. During her time there, she honed her skills and knowledge by pursuing a degree in hospitality, where she developed a deep understanding of various cultures and learned to bridge gaps, both personal and professional.
Siro was a key member of the initial core team responsible for establishing operations in her previous job, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's presence in the region. Ones of her achievements was the development of a successful supply chain network connecting the production plant in Thailand with multiple luxury brands in Europe. This accomplishment not only showcased her operational prowess but also her ability to navigate the complexities of global business relationships.
Tan is focused on building key partnerships and crafting the firm's strategy. Tan is a successful entrepreneur, co-founder of a restaurant franchise across Thailand, from which they had a notable exit, selling to a publicly listed company. In this capacity, Tan strategized, established and negotiated key partnerships to create the company's success.
