In Bucknell's Chemical Engineering Senior Design Capstone, my team was partnered with a regional producer of apple cider, Dries Orchards. A byproduct of this process was a waste stream, causing the business time delays and environmental disposal costs. Our team created four distinct value-add solutions to repurpose their waste into viable products. Responsibilities included design of experiments, product development, and client relations.
