Alex Ragab

Mr. Ragab is the Vice President for International Business at Mission Degree, a capacity building and Higher Education Consulting Company, based in Tennessee. He was the former Director of Management Development at Americana Multinational Group Corporate Office. At Americana Group, he was responsible for the development and establishment of the training institute of the entire Group to offer its' training services to 55,000 employees stretching over 17 different markets that Americana serves. He was also the international relations advisor to the senior members of the Board of Directors. His work included the coordination of a comprehensive capacity building platform in collaboration with Cornell University, Harvard University online hub, and Krempl Communications in the US, as well as with a number of British providers. As an independent consultant, he is offering consulting services to Tamkeen Consulting in Saudi-Arabia, Roshcomm in Bahrain, Impact and Impresub in Italy, as well as the American Academy. His consulting focus is on the areas of corporate development and strategy, Corporate Governance and Transparency where he provides C-level advisory services and executive level training. Furthermore, Ragab is an IFC - World Bank Group Certified Instructor. Mr. Ragab earned his MBA in Strategy, International Business and Marketing from the City University of New York in 2007, his MPA in Economics and Public Administration from the University of York in the UK in 1998, and his BA from the American University in Cairo in 1992. He is also one of 240 IFC world-wide certified trainers in the area of Corporate Governance and Investor Relations and certified from the World Bank in the area of Collective Action. He is a distinguished Chevening British scholar and a recipient of the Spielvogel Scholarship in New York Mr. Ragab is fluent in five languages (English , French, Arabic, Spanish , Portuguese), with working knowledge of a sixth (Italian).

Ann Marie MacDougall

Ann Marie is a life strategist who demonstrates transformation by example. She began her career in the Canadian Banking Industry where she successfully managed national and diverse teams in multi-cultural, multi-generational and multi-channel environments. In 2011 she completed an executive global MBA, studying in six countries, through St. Gallen University in Switzerland. In 2012, she completed research with 50 global leaders living in 17 countries to understand the systemic leadership challenges faced by their teams. Caroline Palmstedt

Caroline Palmstedt previously held positions as Regional Talent Management Lead at Monsanto, Asia Pacific, Regional Director, Asia at NeuroLeadership Institute, a leading global human performance development research and educational institute, developing the emerging field of NeuroLeadership. The field of NeuroLeadership connects neuroscientific knowledge with the fields of leadership development, performance & talent management and behavioural change management. Caroline also held the position Regional Head of Practice Change Management with Ericsson Telecommunications, South East Asia, where she headed a Transformational Change program, defining the People Strategy, developing framework and approach for a behavioural transformation change program, part of Ericsson's global business strategy launching a new business model. The program drew learning from neuroscience in developing brain-friendly change approaches to enable sustainable leadership behavioural change. Caroline has extensive corporate experience with more than 20 years of management experience in large multinational companies, with cultural exposure having worked for American, European and Asian companies. She was the Chief Financial Offer at Previa Healthcare and Regional Finance Manager at Johnson & Johnson.

Eugene Chong

Eugene graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Diploma in Multimedia Computing in 2000 and went on to attain a degree in Audio Engineering from the School of Audio Engineering (SAE) in 2002. He then started WEM Productions (later incorporated as WEMP Pte Ltd), web development and audio editing agency in 2003. After leaving WEMP, he joined GCC, an investment firm in 2014 as Director (IT) and in the same year, started Daker Pte Ltd as a subsidiary of GCC to cater to the emerging WordPress market in Singapore. Eugene's entrepreneur spirit continues to diversify his portfolio in recent years. Lau Kok Yin - Managing Director
