KOCH - Key Persons
Alexander Ugolini is our Sales Development & Dealer Representative. Alexander has been with the team since January 2022, with a background in various industries involving customer service, management, logistics, communication, and marketing, Alexander is excited to apply his skill set in a new, but familiar industry. Alexander enjoys hiking and horticulture as primary hobbies.
Annette began her career at Koch, LP in 1989 and serves as Controller. The family-oriented environment contributed to her longevity at Koch. Being a University of Georgia alumnae, Annette is an avid Georgia Bulldogs football fan. She enjoys baking, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
Christian has been with KOCH for 20 years and is in the 3rd generation of owners. His passion for international sales and cultural exchange and his hunger to learn new things drives his search for new and exciting opportunities.
With over 25 years at KOCH Machinery David Phillips is our long time service manager. As an integral part of KOCH Atlanta, he ensures service technicians provide top-notch installation and maintenance. When he is not at working you can find David relaxing in the mountains of north Georgia.

- Northeast Regional Manager
Hans is our Northeast Regional Manager and has been with KOCH for over 30 years. He has vast historical and technical knowledge of KOCH machinery and our systems. He has a large number of long term clients, some of which are still using older KOCH machines.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf with his friends.
Jeff is our parts manager and has been with KOCH for 23 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Jeff is our Western Regional Manager and lives in Salt Lake City. With over 40 years experience in the woodworking industry and 15 of those years with KOCH Machinery, Jeff has seen it all. He has been influential in implementing many new products to the industry and was a principle in the invention of the pre-glued dowel. Outside of work Jeff enjoys playing the guitar as well as flying.

John has been with KOCH since 2023 after returning from working in Japan for 5 years. He is excited to continue his career in the woodworking industry, and is ready to reach out to any customers that need quality solutions!

Joshua is our dedicated parts and shipping coordinator for KOCH machinery. With a keen eye for detail, Joshua plays a crucial role in streamlining our operations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

- Southeast Regional Manager
Matt works out of our Acworth, GA office and has responsibility for the Paul line of equipment and sales for Koch in selected areas. He has been with Koch since 1989.
The company Paul was started in 1925 by the founder Max Paul. Over the years the company has grown and prospered and now is into the 4th generation of family ownership. Currently, the company employees over 300 people in their 3 manufacturing facilities located in Southern Germany.
Since 1990, Paul equipment has been imported into the North American market by Koch Machinery located in Atlanta, Georgia. From our U.S. base we provide sales, service and parts for all Paul machines. With over 300 machines in service in the United States and Canada, PAUL machines are in use in all parts of the North American Wood products industry.
Mercer is our Central Regional Manager and newest addition to the KOCH sales team. With a strong background in technical sales and a deep understanding of KOCH Machinery's products and services, Mercer is responsible for promoting and selling KOCH Machinery's solutions across the Central/Midwest region. In his free time Mercer is either cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs or spending his time fly fishing.
Trevor is our General Manager, with 32 years of experience in the industry. He is originally from South Africa with strong technical and management skills.
His Technical/ financial approach to finding the best possible solutions for our customers ensure the best overall result for customers who chose to partner with us.
