Throughout his career, David has been the "go to" financial analyst working alongside top producing New York City investment sales teams within some of the most highly esteemed real estate firms in the nation such as Marcus & Millichap, Massey Knakal, and RM Friedland. He has underwritten billions of dollars worth of commercial real estate of all asset classes throughout the New York Metro Area and he has worked on the disposition of a gross sales volume totaling over $1 Billion.
Today, David is a licensed Real Estate Broker with RM Friedland whose focus within the Team Lala structure is underwriting and strategic marketing initiatives. He is also involved in every level of the transaction continuum, from pitch to listing, due diligence, contract negotiations and closing. Has a specialized knowledge of the New York City and Hudson Valley markets which includes rental rates, utility costs, municipalities, tax rates, zoning laws, and rent regulations. He designed, built and currently manages the team's website and internal web-based database and performs highly technical data processing functions.
David previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Company as a manager in its Investment Banking Support Services department and he once owned and managed a small food service and catering business with a storefront in the Bronx. He currently lives in Westchester, NY with his wife.
