Mr. Daniel Lim is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, and other lower state courts. He graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of La Verne School of Law. While in La Verne School of Law, Daniel was awarded with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Remedies and Sales. He also participated in an internship wit Rancho Cucamonga District Attorney's Office. He gained extensive experience in Workers' Compensation defense having worked in various workers' compensation law offices. This experience have given him the ability to defend workers' compensation claims aggressively and to negotiate positive outcomes on behalf of his clients.. He began his legal career in civil litigation in personal injury, contract, immigration and criminal law. His experience in these diverse fields has aided in his ability to negotiate and advocate on behalf of his clients. He has experience with discovery procedures and investigation, compounding interrogatories, and conducting depositions. He is also experienced in dealing with medical providers and resolving liens. Daniel values communication with his clients and providing easy to understand litigation procedures. This allows him to defend Workers' Compensation claims aggressively and obtained favorable resolution of claims. In his free time, Daniel enjoys traveling, hiking and keeping up with global news. Mr. Jason Tang is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, and other lower state courts. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelors of Arts in English. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of La Verne School of Law. While in law school, he gained extensive experience in Workers' Compensation defense having worked as a case manager and hearing representative. This foundational experience in Workers' Compensation defense has permitted him to successfully defend workers' compensation claims on behalf of his clients, whether it be with a focus on aggressive negotiation to mitigate damages, or obtain outright dismissal of a claim based on factual, medical and legal defenses. He began his legal career as a collections attorney, representing multiple national banking institutions, where he obtained extensive litigation experience as a trial attorney, prosecuting collection claims from start to finish, with positive results for his bank clients. Through his experience in collections law, he gained invaluable knowledge and skillsets related to the discovery process, law and motion practice, the trial process, and negotiation strategies and tactics, which have carried over to his practice of defending workers' compensation claims. Overall, Jason is a strong advocate of building a positive attorney-client relationship through effective communication, and prides himself in ensuring that his clients are able to make informed decisions by providing them with a clear understanding of the legal process. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, hiking and vacationing with his wife. Jason is fluent in Cantonese and and takes pride in his heritage.

Mr. Joe Mobassernia is admitted to the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, and other lower state courts. He graduated from University of California of Los Angeles, with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. During his tenure at Pepperdine, Joe received the Dean's Merit Scholarship and was enrolled in the Straus Dispute Resolution Program. Through the dispute resolution program, he developed a passion for negotiation strategies and tactics, which have carried over to his practice of defending workers' compensation claims. Joe is a negotiation specialist and takes pride in negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and medical providers and lien claimants. He has extensive experience in Workers' Compensation defense and his primary focus is on the defense of workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. He has obtained multiple Take-Nothings at Case-in-Chief Trial and has successfully defended cases based off factual, medical and legal defenses. Most notably, Joe has won multiple cases utilizing the initial aggressor defense and an independent contractor defense. Above all, Joe is strongly committed to his clients' goals and objectives by facilitating with the claims process, and explaining legal terminology and procedures in simple terms.
