Christopher Herr

Christopher Herr is a New Hampshire native, political consultant, lobbyist, and attorney who has been involved in local politics and government for over 15 years. He has worked in different capacities from campaign management to policy development and government affairs work with clients from all levels of government including U.S. Presidential candidates, U.S. Senatorial candidates, U.S. Congressmen, and state officials. Chris graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire, earning a B.A. in Political Science. He also holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, Chris worked as a Projects Manager and policy advisor for Congressman Jeb Bradley. He has since brought his knowledge and experience to the team at Legislative Solutions as a Lobbyist and Projects Manager. Chris also remains actively engaged in local politics, advising candidates in online communication and new media strategies. Chris was recognized as a 2021 national Reed Award finalist for his work in digital political advocacy. Our expertise includes legislative and regulatory contacts at the local, state, and federal level. Our experienced team has served as elected officials, as well as key Congressional staff members and we have a solid record of success at the statehouse on a wide variety of issues. In short, we know the issues, the process, and the players. We regularly monitor legislative and regulatory activity to determine impact on client operations, and take appropriate action to expedite, modify, or defeat proposed measures.

Periklis Karoutas

Periklis has worked in public policy, politics, and media for over 20 years in New Hampshire. He served in several roles for former U.S. Representative Jeb Bradley, including as a Senior Policy Advisor. He has managed political campaigns at the Federal and State levels, as well as presidential campaigns both here in New Hampshire and in Iowa. He is a sought-after political expert and advisor for many of our state's political leaders. Periklis places political advertising for state and federal political candidates and develops strategies, advises on public policy, and writes speeches and policy papers. Periklis also served for several years as the Vice President of Political Affairs & Public Relations at Carlisle Capital Corporation/WBIN-TV. In this position he managed all public relations, and internal and external communications for WBIN-TV. He also served as Executive Producer for all political programs and political debates including a nationally broadcast 2012 Presidential Primary Debate in partnership with the Washington Post, Bloomberg News, and Dartmouth College. Periklis has won several New Hampshire Broadcasters Association awards for public affairs programming and promotional material. He has been featured in Politico and the NH Journal in their "Operatives and Strategists" top 50 list for New Hampshire and Iowa, and was named to the New Hampshire Union Leader "40 under 40" class of 2015.

Robert E. Clegg

Robert Clegg founded Legislative Solutions after retiring from the New Hampshire Legislature. He served in both chambers, ascending to the roles of NH House Speaker Pro Tem and NH State Senate Majority Leader, where he was elected by his peers and served under two different Senate Presidents. As a legislator, Robert drew the reputation of being a fierce advocate for his constituents, for the law enforcement community, and for the underprivileged. As an experienced negotiator, Robert was involved in almost every major piece of legislation that passed the Senate Chamber during his three terms in the Senate. He was named Legislator of the Year by the National Republican Legislators Association for his accomplishments. Robert founded Legislative Solutions because he believes that everyone deserves the right to have their voice heard by our government. His goal at Legislative Solutions is the same goal he had in the Legislature - to find creative solutions to the problems facing our state. For his work he has been honored by dozens of organizations including the NH Homebuilders & Remodelers Association, the NH Healthcare Association, NH County Corrections Officials, NH Independent Case Management Association, and has received the NH Association of Justice Civil Justice Award. Robert has two adult children and lives in Hudson, NH with his wife of over 47 years.
