Brian Meade - President

Brian Meade is the founding Principal and President of Legacy Construction Management, Inc. and Legacy Custom Home Builders with over twenty-four (24) years of experience in the fields of General Contracting, Construction Management, and Architecture. Brian received a Professional Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech. Despite excelling in the area of design, his true interest was in the construction process. After working for several years with an architectural firm in Maryland, he returned to New Jersey and found his strength representing Owners on their projects as their Construction Manager. Brian's career in construction management began as an On-site Project Manager on educational facilities working for VCI, Inc. in 1996 with one of New Jersey's leading construction management firms serving public entities. He was promoted to Project Executive and oversaw several Project Managers on educational and municipal facilities. In 2001, Brian became a principal of VCI, Inc., and the name of the firm was changed to Vincentsen Thompson Meade, Inc. He continued his role as Principal and Project Executive until forming Legacy Construction Management, Inc. and Legacy Custom Home Builders and with Keith Thompson in 2008. Brian's experience in representing Owners on their construction projects, along with a formal education in design, enabled a unique approach to the client/contractor relationship in the world of residential construction when forming Legacy Custom Home Builders. Whether the project is a new high-end home, a modest addition & renovation, or a functional home elevation, his focus is always on building a home with the highest quality in design and workmanship for Legacy's clients to live.

Keith Thompson - VP

Keith Thompson is a Principal and the Vice President of Legacy Construction Management, Inc. and Legacy Custom Home Builders with over thirty-eight (38) years of experience in the fields of Construction Management, General Contracting, and Architecture. Keith received a degree in Facilities Planning from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He became the Director of Facilities Planning and Field Operations for The Ryan Group where he was responsible for all corporate accounts in Manhattan. He then became Project Manager/Job Captain for Tomaino & Tomaino Architects working on multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects, including new homes both locally and in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Keith's career in construction management began as On-Site Project Manager for VCI, Inc. in 1988 with one of New Jersey's leading construction management firms serving public entities, overseeing project construction activity and ensuring compliance with contract documents. He was promoted to Project Executive of the firm, and he was responsible for the On-site Project Managers. In 2001, Keith became a principal of VCI, Inc., and the name of the firm changed to Vincentsen Thompson Meade, Inc. He continued his role as Principal and Director of Field Operations until forming Legacy Construction Management, Inc. and Legacy Custom Home Builders with Brian Meade in 2008. Keith's strong background in design, along with his experience in representing Owners on their construction projects, enhances the unique approach to the client/contractor relationship of Legacy Custom Home Builders in the world of residential construction. Whether the project is a new high-end home, a modest addition & renovation, or a functional home elevation, his goal is to always provide Legacy's clients with creative design ideas and quality workmanship that will have the most beneficial impact to the homes in which they live.
