Amanda Disney has spent 16 plus years in the hospitality industry. She holds a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Georgia Atlantic University, is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) accredited through HSMAI and also is a Global Travel Professional (GTP) accredited through GBTA. Amanda has extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, she has worked all line level jobs and has been in management roles for the past nine years. She knows the importance in hiring smart and hard, retaining and appreciating exceptional employees, and how crucial servant leadership is. She thinks the key principle to having a strong team is to not be afraid to hire people that might be better than you and to take pride in accomplishments of those that are helped along the way. Amanda feels that "Knowledge is Power," and continued learning and career development is never ending and it is vital that we share our knowledge to help todays and tomorrow's working Americans. Amanda believes that working together as businesses, communities, and individuals that we can influence, strengthen, and grow our workforce and help businesses with new exciting opportunities.

Bill Ungricht is the Founder and President of Legend Consulting and brings over 20 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, career development, and business development experience and leadership to the team. Bill has been involved with recruiting and talent acquisition from the entry level all the way to the executive level. Bill and his team are looking to make a huge impact in recruiting and staffing by personalizing the experience to help companies and individuals with their needs. Bill is a very family and community-oriented individual. His family always comes first and he loves to be involved in service within his community. Bill has been heavily involved within the Sporting and Energy Industries. Bill is a huge rugby fan and played collegiate rugby for Utah Valley University and competed for a national championship in 2008. Bill loves the outdoors and traveling. He has spent time traveling the United States, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand and looks forward to seeing more of the United States and World!
