This question led me to develop my career towards the people-side of business. I love exploring the dynamics of human behavior; why do some effortlessly achieve their desired results and why do others struggle? Why do some people get ahead in life and why do others fall behind?... Combining this with my passion for discovering new countries and cultures, I became an "expat" coach. Having lived on five continents, I've experienced firsthand the challenges that come with adjusting to a new environment and adapting to new roles, as well as the incredible growth opportunities that come with these experiences. In my personal journey, I discovered and developed traits and abilities that I never knew existed within me. I believe that being in an unfamiliar environment, surrounded by new people, provides an opportunity to reconnect to your roots and discover previously untapped potential.
