Lewis and Clark was founded by Gary Moore and incorporated in the state of Washington in March of 2021. Gary serves as CEO, founder, and sole owner of the company... We provide professional traffic officers (UPOs) to clients who work in or near intersections, where more control is needed or required by demand, ordinance, or law, as compared to a flagger. We are primarily in Pierce and King Counties of Washington State but can extend our services beyond those boundaries. Our security guard (armed or unarmed), surveillance, and drone services operate independently or provide support to on-site security staff and are an effective deterrent to criminal activity... All of our officers are highly trained, part-time employees who are prior military, active police working part-time or are retired. We provide our traffic control officers (UPOs) services to clients, who may be private citizens, private companies, (small and large), and public entities (local, state, and federal).
