As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Alexis Pattison is responsible for leading the charge on all aspects of Capital Markets, Debt Structuring and Placement and ensures Madison Capital has the financial resources to achieve its growth strategy. By leveraging her industry relationships as well her knowledge of originations, underwriting, and closing, she sources and evaluates all debt related activity.
Alexis comes to Madison with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from Development, Brokerage, Asset Management and most recently having spent the last 10 years in the financial sector. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Closing for Bellwether Enterprise, a national Mortgage Banking company. During her tenure, she oversaw upwards of $5 billion in debt and managed more than 600 transactions. She has experience with nearly all asset and lender types in the acquisition, refinance, and construction arenas.
Alexis holds a Real Estate Finance and Economics Degree and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two daughters.

Christine Russo has 23 years of real estate experience in the multifamily industry specializing in lease-ups, renovations, and repositions including mixed-use in multiple markets, including Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville, Greenville, Atlanta, and Austin. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, Christine served as Regional Director with Bell Partners, Inc. overseeing the Charlotte, Asheville, and Greenville markets. She also led the focus on its third-party business development initiative and worked closely with the Investment Services Group sourcing new deals. Christine is an active member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, CAM certified, CAP certified, and holds her NC Real Estate License.

David joined Madison Capital Group in 2020, serving as President of Construction for Benco Construction. He is responsible for leading the construction efforts on all multi-family projects across the Southeast, working with the development, preconstruction, and construction project teams. Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, David worked in the estimating and project management of over 6,500 multi-family, residential units located throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia for Northwood Ravin, Greystar and JMC Communities, with total construction budgets of over $1.7 billion. He has been active in the multifamily construction industry since 1992, with expertise in the construction of all types of structures and licensed in six states.

Jamie Zinna is the South Carolina Regional Manager for Madison Communities. Jamie began her career in Property Management in 2013 as a Leasing Professional for Hawthorne Residential Partners. Excelling in her role, she was quickly promoted to Property Manager within just a few short years. In 2020, she joined Madison Communities and has played a pivotal role in bringing new lease up properties to stabilization in the Downtown Charleston market. Jamie greatly values resident relationships, and her community has consistently ranked in the top 1% in the nation for online reputation management, among other awards. In addition, Jamie has a passion for cultivating growth in her teams, and under her leadership, has aided associates to further their own careers in Property Management.
Jamie is originally from Greenville, South Carolina, and moved to Charleston in 2005. She attended the College of Charleston where she received a Bachelor of Science in the field of Psychology. When she's not working, you can find her at the beach or travelling with her family.

Joe Teague has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and related tax planning and business analysis. Joe has expertise in complicated finance structures as well as like-kind exchanges. As an attorney and business consultant, he has managed cumulative business transactions for companies in excess of $1 billion. Since leaving public accounting in 1998, Joe has worked at several premier law firms in the Charlotte area, working with real estate developers, high net worth family offices and private equity firms.
He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Joe is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he played varsity baseball, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. He has been a CPA for 25 years and a licensed attorney for 20 years. When not at work, Joe enjoys coaching Little League baseball and softball and spending time with his four children.

Kim Mall is the North Carolina Regional Manager for Madison Communities. Kim joins our team with over twenty years of multifamily experience and has operated in metro markets throughout NC, SC, GA, FL and KY. Kim started her management career in Charlotte with BNP Management and also extensively worked with Bell Partners, Inc as a Regional Manager for Charlotte and Maryland markets. Kim has managed a variety of asset types and has extensive experience in lease up, operating and repositioning projects. Her background includes garden style, Class A midrise and value add renovation communities. Her hands on approach to team management has proven to be highly successful among team members, clients, and owners.
Kim is from Charlotte, North Carolina and when she's not working you can find her traveling or with her family in Hilton Head area.

Lance recently served as Vice President at PGIM Real Estate where his primary focus was sourcing and closing Multifamily and Industrial joint venture developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. He successfully closed over $4B in developments
and acquisitions across several states including Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. Lance received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Matt joined Madison in 2022. Previously Matt with the SVP of Development for MAA (Mid America) 2016 following the merger with Post Properties, Inc. Matt lead the team's efforts in the eastern region where he has been responsible for the development of over 2,600 apartment homes. Prior to joining Post in 2013, he was Senior Vice President at Novare Group, a vertical, mixed-use developer, where he was involved in developing over 2,000 residential units over an eight year period. Matt began his career with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, where he worked for five years, ultimately becoming the youngest competition Venue Manager, responsible for the design, planning and execution of the 16-day, Olympic Volleyball tournament at the Omni Coliseum. Matt brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in project coordination, strategic planning and development.
Matt graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree and from Emory's Goizueta Business School in 1999 with a Master in Business Administration. He is member of the board of directors for Central Atlanta Progress, and a former member of the Downtown Market Study Technical Advisory Group and was on the ULI Livable Communities Council from 2013-2015.

Over a career spanning nearly 20 years, Matt has participated in and executed a transaction volume of Multifamily Investment sales, Multifamily Development land, and Limited Partner Equity and Debt placements totaling over $9 billion.
Prior to Madison, Matt was Managing Director at Berkadia Florida, co-head of the firm's Central and North Florida Core Multifamily Capital Markets team. This included facilitating all aspects of developer's needs - site selection/ acquisition, Capital pairing and, ultimately, asset disposition. Matt fulfilled similar roles for JLL and Newmark (then Apartment Realty Advisors) in the North and Central regions of the state.
He earned his B.S.in Social Sciences from Florida State University.

Rachael Anderson is the Regional Property Manager for Madison Communities in Charleston. As a Charleston native, she brings extensive local market knowledge. Rachael started her career as a leasing professional during her college studies, and grew in the ranks, gaining understanding of what is needed to be successful in each position held at the site level. She joined Greystar in 2013 as Senior Community Manager and was entrusted as an esteemed mentor among her colleagues. Her communities were awarded several industry awards under her leadership and successfully outperformed the market. She went on the serve as a Multi-Site Manager with Greystar and became the lease up expert in the Charleston market. With a competitive and fun spirit, Rachael produces high performing communities. She believes in the importance of creating a true experience for the residents: Residents who love where they live and become connected to the community will stay and pay a premium for the experience.
Rachael received her Master's degree from The Citadel in Clinical Counseling. She earned academic membership to the International Honor Society, National Honor Society and served as President of The College of Charleston's National Honor Society in Psychology. Ray is in charge of Madison's development activity in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Nashville markets. Before joining Madison Ray was in charge of all of development activities for The Bainbridge companies in the Carolinas markets. Ray was also with Wood Partner for over 12 years as a Director of Development in the Carolinas. He also served as the Director of Affordable Housing within Wood Partner and was responsible for affordable development activities across the Country.
Ray received his BS in Business Administration from Bryant College, where he was also a member of the Men's Golf Team.

Ross oversees Madison's development activity in the South Carolina and coastal North Carolina and Georgia markets. Before joining Madison, Ross was an Associate Vice President of Development for Lifestyle Communities. During his time at Lifestyle Communities, Ross oversaw all of the development activities across the Carolinas for mixed-use multi-family and retail projects including, site acquisition and due diligence, design, construction management, lease-up, asset management and disposition. Ross was also with Fickling and Company for 6 years and was responsible for all the development activities for numerous projects across the southeast.
Ross received his Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Ryan Hanks started Madison Capital Group in 2009 with the purpose of creating an opportunistic real estate venture that would seek opportunistic returns in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region. He subsequently founded Go Store It in 2013-Madison's wholly-owned self-storage operating company and acquisition and development platform-and is responsible for overseeing its investment and operating strategy.
Mr. Hanks has 20 years of real estate experience acquiring and developing apartment communities and storage facilities and has been involved in more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Hanks was previously with Apartment Realty Advisors, the nation's second largest apartment brokerage firm specializing in the disposition of multifamily communities on behalf of private and institutional investors. Prior to Apartment Realty Advisors, Mr. Hanks served as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for a public company that specialized in the ownership, management, and development of multifamily communities across the Country, and was responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
Mr. Hanks is a member of the Charlotte Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and Self-Storage Association. Mr. Hanks attended Liberty University to study Business Administration.
