Known as "the HAT," the organization provides financial support to eligible organizations to carry out housing and housing-related services for their charitable purposes... Our holistic approach to community development means that we recognize the needs of every community, and we work to provide custom, sustainable solutions that drive growth for the city of Birmingham... Navigate Communities is taking a modern approach to creating Housing Affordability. We've built three new state-of-the-art and quality homes in Birmingham's historic North Titusville Neighborhood.
