Andy Jirik

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Andy has been working for Lonsdale, in the field, since 1994. He has overseen every one of Lonsdale's projects for the past 14 years, covering 25 states. He is the first to arrive on site and the last to leave. He has headed projects ranging from storm damaged structural wood repairs to erecting city events centers.

Greg Jirik

Job Titles:
  • Owner, & Chief Estimator
Greg created Lonsdale, dedicating a lifetime of construction experience to build a reputable, successful company. His functions involve collaborating with engineers during the design and fabrication process to achieve the highest quality and value while erecting. This process, in turn, provides solid estimating and prevents last minute cost over runs. Greg's knowledge and passion in the structural erecting industry continues to amaze architects across the nation.

Jenny Nelson

Job Titles:
  • Project Development Director
Jenny started working for Lonsdale Construction in 2001. As the Director of Development, she analyzes Request For Proposals, as well as identify and assist in the development of potential nationwide projects. In addition, she oversees the safety program and quality plan management.

Sean Pohlen

Job Titles:
  • Job Foreman
Sean started working for Lonsdale in 2007. He is certified in OSHA 30, Rigging & Signal, Ariel Lifts, Forklifts, and Welding. Sean started in the field as a connector, and is currently crew leader.

Ted Jirik

Job Titles:
  • Jobsite Supervisor
Ted started working for Lonsdale in 2007. He is certified in OSHA 30, Rigging & Signal, Ariel Lifts, and Forklifts. After receiving his Project Management Degree from Dunwoody College in 2008, Ted started working for Lonsdale full time as a foreman. Currently, Ted is dedicated to fill any position on site.

Tony Jirik

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator
Tony started working for Lonsdale at age 18. Soon after, he became licensed as an operator, on several multi-million dollar projects with Lonsdale. In time, Tony took hold in the office and currently submits proposals, purchase orders, and change orders; completes specific project tasks as directed by Project Managers across multiple projects; communicates project progress and updates contracts, and coordinates business travel.
