Dr. Wei has a unique background covering both advanced information technology and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She studied acupuncture and Chinese medicine with recognized TCM masters from China and North America, and is a registered Doctor of Acupuncture with the College of Acupuncturist of Alberta. She also holds a Masters degree in engineering, and has worked as a software engineer in major companies like Nortel and Intel.
Dr. Wu's strong background in Western medicine, her extensive clinical training and practice, has allowed her to develop expertise in acute/chronic pain management, emotional disorders and women's health. She is committed to the well-being of her patients by providing gentle, safe and effective acupuncture treatments.
