Amber brings over 20 years of experience working with people around the globe. Her work has seen her manage teams of hospitality professionals, as well as coaching leadership teams to grow their businesses. With an impressive career Amber brings experience in General Management, Recruitment, Project Management, and People and Culture.
Emma has recruited, trained and led teams, understanding the importance of investing time through the end-to-end recruitment process as well as connecting the right candidates to clients authentically.
Having worked in coordination, sales, and management positions for over ten years, Emma has worked with teams of salespeople, training and coaching staff, and peers across a variety of industries. She has recently transitioned through coordination and administrative roles across corporate and governmental businesses to take on the new challenge at Likemind. Emma is looking forward to working closely with Kim and the Likemind team, building/developing trusted relationships with all contractors and clients working with Likemind.
Outside of work, Emma is a passionate foodie, loves spending time with friends and family, and exploring Wellington's extensive regional trails.

Jonny is an experienced project professional who has planned and led a wide and varied range of change projects and programmes in both government and private business including ACC, New Zealand Defence Force, Z Energy, Police and Transpower.
His work has seen him lead teams and deliver change across a range of disciplines including operating model design and implementation, business transition, IT infrastructure, end-user computing, software development, logistics, construction and policy and process change.
Jonny has a track record of building and fostering operational to strategic executive-level relationships, and is experienced in working across a range of organisational levels from front line operational staff, technical teams, administration and support or executive leadership and management.

Kim brings over 15 years experience managing and delivering both consulting and recruitment services in Wellington.
Throughout her career she has worked with many vastly different Government organisations on large and complex transformation programmes, some include the New Zealand Defence Force, Oranga Tamariki, New Zealand Police, Ministry of Justice.
She is described by clients as authentic, supportive, hard working, dedicated and honest. She is particularly passionate about making a difference, and she isn't afraid to make the tough calls. Kim is particularly attuned to ensuring there are true values and cultural alignment between the professional and the client, on this a foundation of success can be built.
Outside of work, Kim is affectionately known as the ‘whirlwind' with all her projects, where she applies her efforts to be a builder, plant propagator, interior designer and mother to Gracie and Tom her babies, both English Cocker Spaniels.
Sarah has a strong passion for helping people and strives to achieve success for candidates and clients alike.
Sarah applies honesty and integrity and through a soft personal touch, quickly forms meaningful working relationships, culminating in quality results. These strengths have been evident through her background to date in coordination and rehabilitation planning.
Sarah is used to a busy schedule and dealing with pressure as a mother to four children. Sarah's interests are in health and fitness and spending time with her family, including adventures and travel.
Sean brings a wealth of sales and hospitality experience in both the UK and Wellington. His work has always been focused around going above and beyond for his customers and coaching staff to grow and excel in all areas of their work. More recently, Sean had been working with local brewery JuiceHead as their National Sales Manager, helping navigate life post-pandemic, growing the brewery's portfolio and developing strong relationships with multiple hospitality venues and supermarkets across the country. He's now excited to bring his energetic and dedicated work ethic to Likemind.
In his personal time, Sean is a keen footballer currently playing in the NZ Central League for Wellington United, is a keen song writer and enjoys the varied and exciting hospitality scene in Wellington and beyond.
