Andrew specializes in difficult litigation that most attorneys lack the know-how or gumption to execute. Andrew is a fierce and effective litigator who has never lost a trial as lead counsel. Andrew has been practicing for 18 years and uses his talent for complex litigation to defend clients in product liability claims, large-scale construction defect claims, securities cases, commercial cases, and trucking and busing cases. Andrew represents clients at the state and federal levels, and he has substantial experience representing corporate clients, individual clients, trucking companies, and busing companies. Andrew is a passionate litigator, an excellent legal writer, and an efficient practitioner. Andrew is less concerned with billable hours and more invested in seeing his clients win. Andrew has possessed great legal skill and efficiency since he was in law school. He graduated from law school six months early, and in that quick time, he made the Dean's List and graduated cum laude. As a litigator, Andrew has successfully defended his clients against more than one million dollars in damages, and he has acquired millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. One of Andrew's greatest accomplishments was serving as a pro bono attorney and winning asylum in 2009 for an African refugee who suffered torture for political beliefs.

Samantha is an Associate on the firm's civil litigation team, assisting individuals and businesses on a variety of civil disputes. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the federal court system. Samantha completed her undergraduate studies at Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences graduating cum laude. Samantha was accepted in the Marquette's Pre-Law Scholars Program where she began law school during her senior year of undergraduate study. Samantha attended Marquette University Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 2022 with a Litigation Certificate. While attending Marquette Law, Samantha competed in various competitions. In 2021, Samantha argued in the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition arguing constitutional rights issues. In 2022, Samantha competed in the American Association for Justice Trial Skills Competition where she advanced to semi-finals. Samantha was named by Best Lawyers in America as one of the "Ones to Watch" in Real Estate and Personal Injury Litigation. She also serves her community through various pro bono work including work with Sojourner Family Peace Center's domestic violence intervention services. She enjoys being a member of the Milwaukee community and helping those around her. Samantha is from Green Bay, WI but has lived in Milwaukee since 2016. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves trying out new places to eat and attending Marquette basketball games with her husband and other Marquette alumni.

Stephen L. Lovell

Stephen is an Associate on the firm's real estate and finance team, assisting clients on a variety of real estate, finance, and transactional matters. Before joining Mallery, s.c. Stephen was an intern at two title insurance companies in Milwaukee. Stephen received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University's College of Business Administration in 2021, with a major in real estate. He was accepted into Marquette's Pre-Law Scholar Program where he began law school during his senior year of undergraduate study. Stephen also attended Marquette University for Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2023. While attending Marquette Law, he was involved in the Real Estate Law Society and was a Student Associate in Marquette's Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic counseling clients under the Wisconsin Student Practice Rule. Additionally, Stephen was inducted into the Pro Bono Society where he volunteered most of his time working in the Small Business Clinic. Stephen was also a member of the Dean's List. Stephen grew up in Green Bay, WI. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, skiing, and spending time in Door County. He likes attending Packers, Bucks, and Brewers games with his family and friends. Since moving to Milwaukee in 2017, Stephen has integrated himself into the community and is looking forward to counseling local clients and growing with the Mallery team.

Thomas F. Mallery

Thomas F. ("Tuck") Mallery has been licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 1974. He founded the predecessor to Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C. and Mallery s.c. in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1975. Mr. Mallery specializes in creditor rights, loan documents and commercial real estate law. He has the legal mind, knack for negotiations and business savvy necessary to complete transactions and resolve disputes. Tuck is "of counsel" to Mallery s.c. Tuck is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA-1969) and the University of Wyoming School of Law (JD - 1973). Mr. Mallery lives in Wausau, Wisconsin. Tuck has two adult children and three grandchildren.
