Prior to Masoom Ventures, Abbas Masoom worked at ATM Group as a Controller. Abbas Masoom began his career as a Strategy Consultant in the managed services group at OpenSymmetry, enabling clients to achieve growth by devising customized business strategies.

Ahmed Nini is the CEO of Bloom Agritech. Bloom is a high-tech agricultural company providing its customers with reliable, year-round, local supply of produce grown under the highest standards of food safety. In addition to Bloom, Ahmed serves as a board member of pharmaceutical compliance and analytics firm, Qordata.
Ahmed has had vast experience advising fortune 100 corporations on their sales and marketing strategy through his time at Ernst and Young as a strategy consultant. His experience primarily lies in focusing on direct-to-consumer model.
Ahmed received an MBA from Emory University, and bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mustafa Hemani has over 20 years of consulting experience with various Fortune 500 companies and a proven track record of successfully implementing executive driven strategic initiatives across all aspects of the business. He has significant experience in Management of Change and Operations Intelligence process in the downstream Oil & Gas operating facilities.
He successfully started the Managed Services group for a small Sales Compensation company and grew it to 4 million dollars in one year. He is skilled at identifying his customer's business challenges and turning them into actionable plans to put them on a successful path.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. He is also a certified PMP professional and a certified SCRUM Master.
