Aamer leads McKinsey's Technology Practice globally, empowering enterprise technology leaders to rewire their organizations to run, build, and win like the best-performing technology companies. As chair of McKinsey's Knowledge Council, he identifies and develops perspectives on major business, technology, and economic discontinuities that will impact CEO and Board agendas in the coming years. He is also a member of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) Council, where he advises and contributes to the MGI research agenda, with a particular focus on emerging technologies.
With nearly three decades of experience, Aamer has a proven track record of delivering growth, productivity, and organizational capabilities to enhance competitiveness. As an aerospace engineer, Alberto has worked for airlines and aerospace and defense companies in Italy and across the globe. His work spans developing distinctive strategies, improving commercial performance, and supporting operational transformations. Alberto's expertise has allowed him to become a trusted adviser for senior executives in turnarounds, merger situations, and commercial transformations (including in network design, pricing, sales, distribution, and marketing) and to develop successful operational-improvement plans.

Alex is McKinsey's global leader of industry sectors, which spans the firm's work on banking and insurance, consumer, healthcare and public sector, advanced industries, private equity, technology, media and telecom, energy and materials, travel, infrastructure and logistics, and life sciences.
Alex previously led our Advanced Industries Practice globally. This includes the automotive, industrial, semiconductor, and aerospace and defense sectors.
A former global leader of the firm's Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice, Alex has also led a number of important client capabilities, including McKinsey Academy and Wave.
The primary focus of Alex's client work is on strategy, commercial, investment, M&A, and operational topics.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Alex worked for Digital Equipment and Compaq Computer in a number of financial and operational roles, including international assignments in Asia.
András leads the advanced-industries work in Central Europe, focusing on the automotive, aerospace and defense, and electronics sectors and other discrete manufacturing industries. He also coleads our digital-manufacturing initiative globally, an effort focused on getting ahead of the next wave of digitization in the manufacturing sector-also referred to as Industry 4.0. As an advisor to executives, András works with clients seeking production innovation and operational improvements, helping them realize the benefits that can come with digital disruption.
Since joining the firm, András has served automotive original equipment manufacturers and suppliers, as well as other companies in the electronics, aerospace, and energy sectors. In addition to leading operational-performance improvement, he also guides improvements to product and production design and assists in longer-term strategic planning. András often conducts rapid diagnostics to determine a company's situation and identify sources of value; he then tailors delivery options to match the opportunity, from proof-of-concept to value assurance to full-scale transformations.
Advises incumbents, investors, and disruptors in the automotive, aerospace, energy, industrial automation, and robotics sectors on topics including strategy, growth, and operations.
Ani is a partner based in McKinsey's Greater Boston office and is a leader within the firm's Advanced Industries Practice. In this capacity, he serves OEMs, suppliers, and service providers in the automotive, aerospace and defense, energy, industrial automation, and robotics sectors. Additionally, Ani is a core leader within the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility (MCFM) in the Americas and oversees its work with disruptors. He leads the advanced automation and autonomy sector within MCFM and serves industrial automation, robotics, and autonomous systems disruptors. He also works with investors looking to capture opportunities arising from major mobility trends, such as autonomous driving, electrification, software-defined vehicles, shared mobility, and connectivity. Ani has authored several publications on the topics of automation and autonomous systems.
Leads McKinsey's corporate and investment banking division in Asia, as well as the Risk & Resilience Practice in Australia and New Zealand. Advises financial institutions and corporates on risk management
Anna leads McKinsey's development-excellence group within the Operations Practice. In this role, she seeks to enhance continually our capacity for helping companies adopt world-class development capabilities and processes.
By working with executives, Anna focuses on supporting efforts to transform research and development performance. She has especially deep experience in the automotive- and aeronautical-engineering sectors. Since joining McKinsey, she has helped leading companies capture top-line value by building stronger organizational footprints, developing strategic technology road maps, and optimizing processes for engineering excellence.
