Brent Bullock

Brent leads Medicx Health's Database Development and Operations team, responsible for creating and delivering media campaign audience targeting and measurement, via Medicx's patented Micro-Neighborhood® targeting platform, AdLift Rx, and custom analytics product offerings. He has 20 years of experience in business intelligence reporting, leveraging longitudinal health care data to improve performance tracking, decision making, and patient outcomes. Brent's past work includes management roles at RelayHealth, Omnicare, and CVS. Brent earned a BS in Finance from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and 2 children, as well as home improvement projects.

Chad Gottfrid

Chad Gottfrid is Chief Revenue Officer at Medicx Health. Chad leads solution-oriented Client Partnership and Real-World Data Analytics and Innovation Teams. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Chad is a proven sales leader with a passion for building high performing team-oriented sales organizations. Chad previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Swoop, where he led a team responsible for a variety of consumer and HCP digital solutions. In Chad's role, he was responsible for building and training his team while delivering against aggressive sales goals. In 2018- 2019, Chad's team was responsible for double digit revenue and profit growth prior to Swoop being purchased by W20 (now Real Chemistry). Before Swoop, Chad led teams and drove revenue for growth focus pharmaceutical marketing services companies. Chad's contributions at Anatstat, Catalina Health, LDM, and PDR led to the eventual sale of each company. Chad began his career at Merck where he developed into a top performing pharmaceutical sales representative. He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison where he lettered as a member of The University of Wisconsin Men's Swim Team.

Frank Hicks

Frank Hicks has spent more than 30 years designing, developing and deploying best-in-class operations across a variety of industries. After serving with the U.S. Naval Security Group and completing his education in aeronautical science, he started directing airline operations: Altair Airlines and Midway Airlines. In 1991, Frank joined United Technologies Corporation to lead their Global Corporate Services Program. He joined Carlson Companies in 1994, where he led their travel division. Upon completion of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, Frank co-founded Yatra Corporation, a development company for patented analytic applications. In 2005, Frank led Wolters Kluwer Health's (formerly NDCHealth) business and technology transformation program. Prior to joining Medicx Health, Frank was Managing Partner with VISTX, Inc.

Karin Hayes

In her current role, Ms. Hayes leads the design and development of innovative media solutions designed to optimize omni-channel healthcare marketing programs. Karin's team also delivers analytics services and solutions to address key business questions and provide insights for effective commercial planning and decision-making. In her prior role, Ms. Hayes led product management for the Promotional Effectiveness line of business at ICON Symphony Health. She worked with some of the industry's largest clients to support them in understanding unmet medical needs and commercial opportunities, building award winning sales and marketing software, and facilitating better diagnosis, earlier treatment and outcomes using machine learning algorithms and advanced modeling techniques. Previously, Ms. Hayes served as Vice President, Marketing of ArcLight reporting to the CEO. In this role she was responsible for planning and directing marketing of products and services including portfolio strategy, product definition, product marketing and communications strategy. Ms. Hayes joined Arclight from Oncology Therapeutics Network (OTN) where she was Director of Information Services and E-Commerce. She was instrumental in developing and marketing oncology treatment information products, tools and services to the pharmaceutical industry. She also developed customer facing web services for OTN's award winning website. In addition, Ms. Hayes has over 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. After progressing through a number of sales and sales management roles, her last role at Bristol Myers was leading a multi-departmental team to develop models and processes to enhance customer segmentation, sales forecasting and the measurement marketing effectiveness. Ms. Hayes holds a BS degree in biology/psychobiology from the University of California, Irvine.

Kate Miller

Kate has worked with life science companies for the last 20 years, with a focus on helping her clients and their organizations drive business impact through digital marketing and innovation. She has broad experience across pharmaceutical clients and therapeutic categories, and her combined agency and consulting background has yielded a deep understanding for how unique customer and category dynamics impact strategies and execution. Since joining Evolution Road in 2008, Kate has played an integral role in identifying the levers that dramatically increase business-driving potential of digital and emerging channels. In her current role as Digital Marketing Practice Lead, she focuses on identifying and commercializing new solutions that solve for broader customer challenges, while also advancing strategic perspectives on customer experience and outcomes measurement.

Mark Degatano

Mark brings a wide range of in-depth industry expertise to our Advisory Board. He has over 35 years of Pharma industry experience spanning client, vendor, and start-up areas. He currently serves on the Advisory Boards of several innovative providers to the pharmaceutical industry. Mark was with Merck for 24 years, with his last role as VP, Customer Insights and COO of ComSort. He has worked at numerous data and service providers, including Symphony Health, Prognos, Viihealth, IQVIA, Aptus Health, and ImpactRx. He is a leader in developing and commercializing data-based solutions for helping pharmaceutical companies improve brand performance and grow sales. Mark has a BA in Mathematics and an MA in Statistics, both from Boston University.

Michael Weintraub - CEO, Founder

Besides Michael's passion for pushing the envelope while building and running Medicx, he loves spending time with his family and his dogs. Michael also devotes an equal amount of time to his other passion, living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Prior to starting Medicx Health, Michael was Executive Vice President and GM for Wolters Kluwer Health (now Symphony Health). He served in numerous roles at NDCHealth from Executive Vice President of Sales for the Information Management Solutions unit, to the architect, creator and General Manager for NDC's Retail Pharmacy Informatics group. Michael is recognized as a leader in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry's application of anonymous patient level data for sales compensation, targeting, marketing research, and media insights and analytics. Michael received his B.S. in Pharmacy from University of Arizona, and served as an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy in his earlier years and has published numerous articles and was a subject matter expert speaker at numerous conferences in the U.S. and abroad.

Scott Magnano - CFO

A native New Englander and avid soccer player and fan, Scott and his dog drove across the country in 2014 in search of a better life-year-round sports and the opportunity to coach his kids in never-ending heat. A high-achieving and enthusiastic human being and family man, Scott has spent over twenty years in finance. Scott's contribution to Medicx comes from a wealth of experience as a financial officer, business partner, and leader. He joined the company from CNA National Warranty, a leading finance and insurance products provider, where he served as Assistant Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. Before that, he was the Director, Financial Planning, and Analysis at LifeLock. Scott also held senior financial roles for Fortune 200 national insurance carriers where he demonstrated his abilities to manage large scale commercial operations. At Travelers he managed a $400M region with nearly 1,500 agency partners. During his tenure with The Hanover, he held P&L responsibility for the Core States segment that generated more than $600M in annual revenue. Scott began his career at The Hartford leading the financial direction of several business segments. He earned his BS in Mathematics from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Stacey Levas

Stacey has over 25 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience in B2B marketing. She is a disciplined and data driven marketing and business development leader with broad range of strategic and tactical skills and experience including the sale of health data and analytics to the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Medicx Health, Stacey was the VP of Marketing at PurpleLab Healthcare Analytics. Stacey has held marketing leadership roles in the healthcare industry including Prognos Health, DataBank Holdings, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Health Market Science, CSC, Cambrex BioScience, and she began her career in the marketing of bioinformatics. In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time hiking, cooking, and enjoying her three daughters and grandchildren. Stacey lives in Hunt Valley, Maryland with her husband and recently rescued puppy. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from New York University and a Master's Degree from The Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.

Theresa Greco - President

With over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, Theresa has experience in leading commercial and operational functions and has lead teams that helped rapidly grow healthcare technology organizations. She also has a very successful track record of identifying commercial needs and building innovative commercially viable offerings for established and new markets. Before joining Medicx, Theresa held key executive roles at Prognos Health, MMIS, and LexisNexis. When not working, Theresa enjoys spending time with friends and family and being a spectator at her daughters' sports events.

Virginia Evans

A former high school math teacher and internal consultant with AT&T, Virginia now leads performance analytics for Medicx. She brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to the company. Before joining Medicx, she led insights and performance intelligence at Sharecare and Quality Health. As a Senior Client Solutions Director at inVentiv Health, Virginia managed Sales Force Optimization analytics for pharmaceutical and medical device clients including market segmentation, forecasting, promotion response, product and portfolio optimization, alignment, and call-planning activities. Ginger has an MS in Statistics from the University of Tennessee and a BA in Mathematics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.
