Billy Allen was born in 1968 and raised in Sylacauga, Alabama by wonderful parents Billy and Linda Allen. His father was a great role model for him growing up, along with a long line of hard working Allen's. Billy graduated from Sylacauga High School in 1987. He started in the construction trade in 1991 and worked his way up the ranks after many years of hard work and taking pride in the work that he did. He went from ironworker apprentice to foreman, to general foreman, to superintendent and then to a project manager. In 2012 he worked as a Millwright at Resolute Forest Products in pulp mill maintenance. After 2 years he returned to what he always enjoyed and took pride in, the industrial plant maintenance, shutdowns and new construction industry. He has several years of experience in the cement and lime industry, including maintenance and shutdowns. He came to work for MW Industrial Services as a Project Manager in 2016. He is committed to professionalism and dedicated to being the best contractor possible. Billy has a beautiful wife Bandi Allen, 2 beautiful daughters, Anna 5 and Grace 2, 2 great stepsons Brian 17 and Dakota 12, and a son Colby 23 in the United States Army, stationed in Fort Campbell Kentucky. His hobbies include watching his kids play baseball and spending time at the lake with family and friends out on the boat

Greg Williams graduated in 1987 from Bibb Graves High school. Of the MW Industrial team members, he has the most experience in this industry. Greg has been an employee of MW Industrial Services over 12 years, as a Superintendent /Supervisor. What makes Greg such a valuable asset is his knowledge of the field. Greg can supervise a project efficiently, and he can perform any task(s) that is required by MW Industrial Services. Greg's work ethic makes him one of the top performing team members. His dedication and loyalty to MW Industrial Services is never questionable because he takes pride in his job and always gives 100%.

Josh Dooley graduated from Sonoraville High School in Calhoun, GA and joined the United States Navy. In the Navy, he was trained in aeronautical fabrication, electronics, and management. Josh rose through the ranks very quickly. The last two years of his tour he was running his own missions off of the coasts of several different parts of the world battling terrorism. The Navy taught Josh the core values of leadership, and he continues to carry those values throughout every aspect of his life. In 2014, although he was offered an option of early promotion, Josh decided to separate from the Navy as Second Class Petty Officer and pursue a different career path. Josh moved to Alabama and joined MW Industrial Services' team as Fabrication Shop Manager. Since he has been with MW Industrial Services, he has revamped, reorganized, and brought new life to our fabrication shop. Josh is a dependable, hard-working, and dedicated member of our team who is always striving to make MW Industrial Services bigger and better. We are very excited that he decided to pursue a career at MW Industrial Services.

Karen Mathews grew up in Homewood, Alabama and graduated as Valedictorian of Homewood High School in 1981. She began her college career at Auburn University then transferred to The University of Alabama at Birmingham where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Karen learned the meaning of hard work and dedication as she worked full time at her father's commercial HVAC contracting company during the day and went to school at night. She left the family business after 14 years and worked as an accountant and office manager for 3 very diverse Birmingham area companies including a tire distribution company, a law firm, and a real estate company during the last 18 years. She is extremely excited to again be working in this construction related industry. Karen is dependable, well organized, detail oriented, and a self-motivated team player who we are extremely happy to have on our team.

Michael Shealy was born and raised in Tuscaloosa AL, he graduated from Excel High School in Excel Alabama. He is the proud father of two children Ben, and Skylar Shealy. He is a current member of Satsuma Baptist Church is Satsuma, AL. Michael's hobbies include: Spending time with his family, barrel racing horses with his daughter Skylar, riding motorcycles & fishing with his son Skylar. He also enjoys diving, and spear-fishing. Michael has over 24 years of experience in the Steel industry which include operations and management. He was an operations Team Leader, Maintenance, Planner/ Supervisor and was over Capitol Projects. He also spent 3 years as a Machine Shop Manager. Michael follows one of the golden rules in life:" Treat others as you would like to be treated." He enjoys a good challenge and is a seeker of exceeding expectations and believes in the value of life and the people in it.

Mitch Dooley was born in Dalton, GA and attended Gordon Central High School in Calhoun, GA. He began his career at O.M.C. (Outboard Marine Corporation) in the maintenance field. Mitch started out as a maintenance tech and worked his way up to a shift lead position. After the close of O.M.C., he went on to work for two of the largest steel producers in the United States, Gerdau Ameristeel and Nucor Steel, where he earned the position of maintenance manager. Mitch has overseen a vast variety of multimillion-dollar projects in the industrial field. Throughout his career, he has gained an extensive knowledge in a wide variety of the maintenance field including: electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and PLCs. Mitch also possesses high level of management skills and leadership capabilities. Mitch believes there are three major priorities in life God, family, and work and that treating people with respect, dignity, and building strong relationships will overcome all obstacles. Mitch joined MW Industrial Services' team in 2013 as the operations manager and is leading the charge to set MW Industrial Services apart from any other contractor in the U.S.

Richard McMullen brings a wealth of expertise to MW Industrial Services. He was born in Jackson, AL and graduated from Jackson High School. With over 30 years in the Industrial Mechanical field, Richard has worked in Steel Mills, Paper Mills, Saw Mills, Chip Mills, Chemical Plants and the list goes on. He has gained much of his experience working as a team leader, foreman, supervisor, mechanical planner, welder, machinist and millwright. Within 3 weeks of startup, the company set new world records in production. Richard has overseen major shutdown outages in steel mills and paper mills. Richard joined the MWIS' team to not only help develop but also manage the new Mobile, AL division. He demonstrates daily the top qualities of an MW Employee. His integrity and honesty are two of his best characteristics. Richard is the "Go To" man when things are time sensitive and not going according to plan. He embraces his co-workers and employees just like members of his own family. Richard loves to joke and have fun, but his main focus is safety with a hard day's work. MW Industrial Services is proud to have Richard McMullen as part of the MW team.

Tiffanie Jones graduated from Auburn University in Montgomery, AL with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. With her family roots set deep in the industrial world, Tiffanie had always held an interest in the field. Following her graduation, she accepted a position at Sterne Agee as commission payroll manager, in which she processed and managed payroll for 50+ independent stock brokers. Tiffanie was offered and accepted a position with Adatech, Inc. as the Recruiting Office Manager. Her jobs with both Sterne Agee and Adatech, Inc. supplied her with all the tools to succeed and have a foundational future in the business world. Although Tiffanie was employed with Adatech, Inc., when the opportunity arose to take a position at MW Industrial Services, Inc., she did not hesitate. Tiffanie's extensive knowledge of the financial, recruiting, and construction industries gave her the unique perspective to transform the administration, accounting, and human resources of the company, which have led MW Industrial Services to its current stature as an industry leader. Two years into her career with MW Industrial Services, she accepted the position as CEO/CFO of MW Industrial Services. Her first task was to restructure the internal composition of the company, allowing MW Industrial Services to offer stock options to key employees. MW Industrial Services has continued to grow to levels that would not have been attainable without her innovative thinking and knowledge of the industry.

Willie Landers graduated in 1970 from Fayetteville High School. He attended Alexander City Junior College for 1 year. Willie worked in the construction industry for 2 years. After that he began working for Kimberly Clark Corporation in 1972 where he was employed in the lab as an Environmental Associate. After 39 years he retired from Kimberly Clark Corporation and began working at MW Industrial Services as our Assets Manager. Willie has an unbreakable work ethic, strong integrity and he is always consistent, reliable and friendly. We are proud to have him as a strong part of our team!
