Liz is a Founding Partner at M & G Partners and has over 17 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services for high net worth individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships and S-corporations. With specialist knowledge relating to estate, gift and trust taxation, Liz serves clients across a wide range of industries including the entertainment sector. She prides herself on providing superior client service and partners with clients in all phases of the business cycle ranging from start-up, rapid growth, to mature companies and business owners seeking exit strategies and other liquidity events. Liz began practicing public accounting in 2004 after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2012. A first generation immigrant from Mexico, Liz speaks English and Spanish.

Joey is a Tax Manager at M & G Partners and his career in public accounting spans three decades. He has extensive experience across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, real estate, entertainment and professional services. With a focus on high net worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and other exempt organizations, Joey works closely with his clients to address their income tax compliance, planning, and consulting requirements. After graduating from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Accounting, Joey began his accounting career with Arthur Anderson in their audit department. In 1998 he became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, after relocating to America.

Kim supervises our client accounting services department and has more than 30 years of accounting experience gained in public accounting and private industry. Before joining M & G Partners, she served high net worth individuals, clients in the entertainment industry and worked for a contemporary art museum. Working closely with our clients' accounting departments, Kim and her team support our clients so that their businesses run smoothly on a day to day basis. She prides herself in providing the best client service possible and is expert at reconciling payroll, and preparing and filing SOIs, W2s, 1099s, property & sales tax returns, and city business licenses. In addition to holding a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, Kim completed Business Economics and General Accounting II through UCLA Extension, and is a California Notary.

Lucy Wei Huang is a Tax Manager at M & G Partners and has over 15 years of experience providing tax compliance and planning services for high net worth individuals along with their related business entities. She is a specialist in the taxation of pass-through entities and s-corporations, and has extensive knowledge pertaining to taxation of partnerships including 704(b) allocations. Lucy serves clients across a wide range of industry sectors and has significant expertise addressing complexities associated with the real estate and professional services industries. Lucy holds an MBA in Accounting from Graduate College of Union University in Schenectady, New York, along with a BA in International Trade from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Originally from China, Lucy speaks English and Mandarin.

Tes Macaraya is one of the Founders and the Managing Partner at M & G Partners. With over 30 years of professional experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals, Tes partners with her clients and enables them to achieve their goals. She is well versed in complex tax matters, giving her the inspiration to engage and solve difficult challenges. Her expertise spans a wide variety of complex tax issues such as asset acquisition and disposition, partnership allocations and buy-outs, and set-up analysis. Tes serves clients across a wide range of industries including real estate, technology, manufacturing and professional services. Originally from the Philippines, Tes began practicing public accounting in 1989. She holds a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1993. Before founding M & G Partners, Tes worked at Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP, followed by Martini Partners LLP where she was the Tax Practice Leader. Tes has been credited on the ‘Minorities of Influence' list by the Los Angeles Business Journal and recognized as one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Accounting' by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. As the co-founder of the Women Empowering Women networking group she encourages other women in the local area to pursue their ideal careers and lifestyles.
