Gary Woodman is the Chief Executive of Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP). The partnership is responsible for creating and delivering economic growth and jobs in the West Midlands and supporting the delivery of strategic projects in order to achieve this. WLEP is the founder as well as a trusted partner of The Midlands Cyber Security Cluster.

Jennifer Long

Jennifer Long is the director of Midlands Cyber, IT and Marketing Director for Price Pearson Chartered Accountants and Managing Director for IceBlue. IceBlue is a technology-focused digital marketing agency, bespoke cloud-based applications and Microsoft Azure infrastructure company based in Worcestershire. Passionate about local business engagement, and Innovation Jennifer has been integral in the design and drive behind the award-winning "Finditin" business portals. She leads the delivery of hundreds of "meet the buyer" events, which are focused on large, local infrastructure projects for Worcestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country. She is a board member and SME Champion for Worcestershire LEP, an active board member of Re-Wyre in the Wyre Forest and an advisory board member for BetaDen, Worcestershire's Tech Accelerator for entrepreneurs and scale-up businesses.

Linda Smith

Linda has previously been employed as a Director of Trade at the Department for international Trade (DIT), connecting with large enterprise industry and SMEs, including start ups. Also, Linda has been the CEO/Founder of BetaDen, an award winning technology accelerator programme based at Malvern Hills Science Park. The tech accelerator works in conjunction with Midlands Cyber and is Worcestershire's first dedicated tech accelerator for entrepreneurs and scale up businesses. Linda Smith is now on the chair of UKC3 and Strategic Advisor here at Midlands Cyber.

Ryan Protheroe

Ryan is the Cluster Manager at Midlands Cyber and is involved in the business development and organisation of events and activity for Midlands Cyber. Ryan is always looking to work with local organisations in the West Midlands who are part of the cyber/tech industry to help grow them at a national and international level.
