Maureen is a board certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner who gives acupuncture on-site for embryo transfers at Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago, IL and is reopening her private practice Spring of 2024 in Stoughton, Wisconsin. She specializes in the treatment of fertility, facial acupuncture, and internal medicine... As a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, I place a strong emphasis on listening to the patient's story, observing physical aspects such as the hue of the skin and the qualities of the tongue, and feeling the energy in the pulses. This guides me to the proper treatment that will bring the patient to a state of greater balance. It shouldn't be too much to be "heard" and "seen" at a medical appointment. As your acupuncturist I value the observations and experiences you have in your body and consider you to be the expert! I am simply the guide. We work together as a team to achieve optimal wellness.
