Joe Christian served for 40 years in the quality field, including 14 years as Quality Manager in charge of all U.S. operations for one of Germany's largest laser machine tool builders. To his credit, Joe has published several articles on quality in trade journals such as Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Quality and Metlfax. He was also featured in Tom Peters' nationally televised video, "World Class Quality: The Customer Will Decide," and is mentioned in Peters' book, "Liberation Management."
