Abraham Bejil

Abraham Bejil is the Vice President of Facility Services for Midland Memorial Hospital. He is responsible for utility plant management, facility maintenance management, planning design and construction, property management, , police and security management, environmental services, food and nutrition services, and clinical engineering. Abraham began his medical career as a biomedical equipment technician in the Air Force and expanded into healthcare imaging as an engineer for Shimadzu Medical and Philips Healthcare. He eventually made a transition into the facility healthcare environment and has been leading the way with energy conservation projects within the Midland Health System. Abraham is committed to both his profession and community and serves on local and statewide boards to include the Midland Planning and Zoning Commission, Region Director for the Texas Association of Healthcare Facilities Management, and board member for Bynum Elementary. Abraham has also earned his certifications as a Healthcare Facility Manager and Healthcare Operations manager, and is consistently looking for ways to improve processes, patient experience, and master facility planning.

Dr. Gina Campagna

Dr. Gina Campagna is a board certified diagnostic radiologist with over 20 years experience specializing in Mammography and Thoracic Radiology. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Bucknell University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and went on to complete medical school at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Campagna did her Diagnostic Radiology residency at New York University, serving as chief Resident and then completed two fellowships at NYU in the subspecialties of Mammography and Thoracic Imaging. She lives in Midland with her husband and two children.

Jason Ewing - CIO, VP

Jason is an CIO and Healthcare Advisor for DewingIT LLC. A national healthcare IT Digital Leader, in recent years has served as Interim Executive CIO for United Health Services in New York and Cottage Health in California. He has performed several extensive IT Assessments for large multi-state health systems, Ardent Health and Surgery Partners. He has taken on innovative health IT work for NASA, along with virtual CIO work for Critical Access Hospitals. Jason has over 25 years experience in healthcare information technology where he served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Strategy leading a division of operational departments for Saint Francis Healthcare System. He developed the 3 year strategic plan, put in place an Enterprise Project Management Office, Cyber Security Program, and optimized a failing EHR implementation. He was responsible for transforming Supply Chain to automate procure-to-pay processes. He served as the VP and Regional Chief Information Officer for Catholic Health Initiatives Western Region. He served on the Group Executive Officers Leadership team for 17 hospitals and 2 Centralized Business Offices, where he was accountable for all technology, and co-led national Joint-Ventures for outpatient labs in 5 communities. He led the centralization of IT services and cost reduction efforts. As the IT Systems Director for St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho, he was a key leader in transformation to an Integrated Delivery Network overseeing 7 hospitals and associated clinics for IT. Led efforts for single EHR implementation, HIPAA 5010 compliance, and IT consolidation. Led the 60M OpEx and 30M CapEx budget for IT, stood up the Cybersecurity, PMO, IT Service Management, Office of the CIO, and Enterprise Architecture programs. Jason has served on the Leading Age Missouri panel with IBM Watson, and the advisory board to bring industry topics to CxO's throughout the region. He has also served on several state health exchanges for Idaho and Missouri He is a national and international speaker on Data, Next-Generation Operating Models, and Cybersecurity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and is a candidate for a Master in IT Management at Western Governors University.

Jeffrey T. Beard

Jeffrey T. Beard was raised in Midland, Texas. He graduated from Midland High School in 1999. He went on to attend McMurry University, where he played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing in 2003. Upon graduating he began his career as a Landman with CrownQuest Operating, LLC in Midland, Texas. He was promoted to Land Manager of CrownQuest Operating, LLC in 2011. During his last semester of college, Jeff married his high school sweetheart, Rachel Frosch. They have been married for 10 years and have three boys ages 6, 4 and 2. Jeff is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and a member of the American Association of Professional Landman and has served on the Next Generation Landman Committee as well as the Millennial Task Force. He is also a member of the Permian Basin Landman Association. Jeff and his family are members of Midland Bible Church and enjoy serving in a number of leadership positions.

Jess Dalehite

Dr. Jess Dalehite is a board certified diagnostic radiologist with over 30 years of breast imaging experience. He graduated with honors from UT Southwestern Medical School in 1982 and did his Radiology Residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas graduating in 1986. He started his career with the Odessa Radiology Group in 1986 and has been working in the Midland/Odessa area since that time. He is currently a partner in the Southwest Medical Imaging group at Midland Memorial Hospital.

Marcy Madrid

Marcy Madrid started her career in Public Relations at Midland Memorial Hospital in 2006, becoming the Director of Marketing and Public Relations in 2009 and Vice President of Planning and Marketing in 2014. In 2019, Marcy began her role as Vice President of Community Health for Midland Health, a system of healthcare partners in Midland Texas, including Midland Memorial Hospital. In her current role, Marcy oversees strategic planning, community health outreach, marketing and public relations, as well as managing Midland Health affiliated physician practices. Before coming to MMH, Marcy was a morning show anchor and reporter for the local NBC affiliate, where she was recognized and awarded for her writing and storytelling skills by the Texas Association of Broadcasters. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Marcy moved to Tennessee in the late 90s where she graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and a double minor in Spanish and Political Science. She also earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Marcy is very involved in the community and is the president of Healthy City, a local nonprofit founded by her and her husband Carlos as well as several other local physicians and community members.

Mindy grew up in the small South Texas Town of Refugio. After earning her B.S. from Texas A&M University, she traveled to West Texas where she earned her J.D. from the Texas Tech School of Law. At Texas Tech Law, she met her husband Jason Hamm. After graduating from law school, Mindy was hired by Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, where she made partner in the firm's litigation section. During the past 14 years, she has defended clients in contract negotiations, employment cases, complex civil disputes, and healthcare related matters, including representing Midland Memorial Hospital. Mindy and her husband are the proud parents to Braden and Delaney, both of whom were born at MMH. Her family is deeply rooted in the Midland community and are enjoying raising their kids in such a family friendly town.

Rohith Saravanan

Dr. Saravanan was named Vice President of Medical Affairs & Chief Medical Officer of Midland Health in January 2024. Having grown up in five countries throughout his life, he brings a global perspective to his personal and professional life. He completed undergrad at McMaster University in Canada, medical degree at St. George's University in Grenada, and completed his clinical training in New York. He started his career in clinical medicine as a family physician providing care for the underserved population, and quickly grew into leadership roles in operations and strategy, in progressively larger settings. He went on to get an Executive MBA from the State University of New York in Buffalo, and his certifications from the AAPL and ACHE in Healthcare leadership, of which he is a fellow. He has led physician groups, urgent care & occupational medicine networks, ACOs, and acute care hospitals. Most recently, he operated a private equity fund with a focus in healthcare mergers & acquisitions. Prior to that he served as the Regional Chief Medical Officer for Steward Health in West Texas. Before moving to Midland in 2019, he led an outpatient care delivery network in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Saravanan is a physician executive with over 15 years of broad experience across the healthcare industry, including clinical care, quality, regulatory compliance, business development, operations, community partnerships, and strategic growth. We are excited to have him on our team.

Russell Meyers - President

Russell Meyers became President of Midland Memorial Hospital in November 2002. Before coming to Midland, he held several positions with HCA, Inc., including chief executive roles at three Houston-area hospitals. Prior to HCA, he began his healthcare leadership career with the Methodist Healthcare System in Houston. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and active in a variety of professional and community organizations. Mr. Meyers completed a Master of Science degree in Administration of Health Services at the University of Houston - Clear Lake in 1986 and was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the University in 1998. He graduated from Rice University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies.

Stephen Bowerman - CEO, President

In February 2009, Stephen Bowerman was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Midland Memorial Hospital. Stephen started his career in 1999 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa and served in many capacities for six years before his move to Odessa Regional Medical Center where he started as a Controller for one year and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer there in 2007. Stephen, a native of Kermit, Texas, attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech in 2012. He and his wife Monica are the proud parents of two children, Dylan, who is thirteen-years-old and Jack, who is nine. Stephen serves the community on non-profit boards for Senior Link Midland and Midland Shared Spaces.

Wes Barnt

Wes Barnt started his career with Midland Memorial Hospital in 2008. In November 2014, Wes Barnt was appointed Vice President, Ancillary Services of Midland Memorial Hospital. Prior to this position, he held various leadership positions from Supervisor to Director during his career. Wes was born and raised in Ohio. He attended Lima Technical College earning an associates degree in Applied Science. Wes attended Wayland Baptist University earning a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education. He also earned his Masters degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University. He and his wife Michelle are the proud parents of two children, Tanner and Madison.
