MINDFUL THERAPY OTTAWA

I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 years. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology from UBC and additional intensive training in Mindful Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems. I am grateful to have received exceptional mentoring from highly skilled therapists at every stage of my career. Currently I participate in an Internal Family Systems consultation and peer supervision group... My current approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I ran Mindfulness groups for several years. I find IFS is often the most effective and efficient method of transforming self-defeating patterns. I am happy to discuss whether it is right for you...
