VIRTUAL SALLY

We completed development in November 2020, and our first sale occurred in January 2021. Now, Virtual Sally is a patented solution with customers across the US and Canada as it significantly reduces front office costs, improves efficiency, and enhances the overall patient experience... Building a robust system was challenging. It had to replicate all the daily functions of a front desk, with a superior video interface, while maintaining a compact form. It also needed to operate as an independent workstation in each clinic and serve as a multifunctional workstation at our central office, capable of communicating with any clinic. The system had to allow virtual attendants to work across multiple sites to achieve economies of scale. We designed the system and began coding... We've pioneered a virtual front desk for physical therapy offices. Now, it's available for hospitals and other healthcare uses.
