Andy is the Chief Operating Officer and a Co-Founder of Mesarete Capital. Andy has over 20 years' experience in hedge funds and investment banking, with more than half of that in senior positions at hedge funds. Prior to co-founding the Investment Manager, Andy was the COO at Silver Ridge Asset Management, an emerging market macro manager. Between 2012-2016 she was a Partner and COO and co-CEO at Rokos Capital Management and before that worked at Brevan Howard for 7 years where she was a Partner and COO Trading. Andy started her finance career with 8 years at Citigroup working in the credit derivatives trading group. Andy was a member of the Supervisory Board of Eurex Clearing AG from 2012-2017 where she was also a member of the Risk and Audit sub-committees.

Hakan is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Mesarete Capital. Hakan has over 25 years of experience investing in bonds and derivatives in emerging markets. Prior to founding Mesarete Capital, he was a Partner and CIO for the Credit Fund at Finisterre Capital London. Before that he worked at Citi London and Citi Hong Kong between 1995-2015 as a trader initially and then he ran the Emerging Market Credit Trading desks in both regions. He holds a Masters' Degree in Finance from London Business School.

Robbie is a Co-Founder and Deputy CIO of Mesarete Capital. Robbie has spent all of his career focussed on emerging market debt instruments and he has worked directly with the CIO for over a decade. Robbie's expertise is Primary Capital Markets. In addition his key contribution is trade idea generation and working closely with the CIO to ensure the build out of the investment thesis in line with the risk appetite and investment philosophy of Mesarete. Robbie has a 1st in PPE from the University of Oxford.

Stan is the Chief Risk Officer of Mesarete Capital. Prior to joining Mesarete, Stan was a quantitative analyst focusing on EM and DM credit investing at Millennium Capital Partners LLP. He gained first-hand familiarity with the Mesarete team's investment strategy at Finisterre Capital LLP, where Stan's 4-year service spanned fundamental-credit and quantitative analysis. Stan gained buy-side credit investment experience at Cube Capital LLP, where he was a Portfolio Manager / Analyst. He started his principal-investing career firstly at Lehman Brothers followed by Barclays Capital where he was a market maker on the European High Yield and Emerging Markets credit desks. Stan is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth MBA program.
