Adanna Foley

Adanna has been with Mountain Land Physical Therapy since 2016 as an aide and clinic coordinator for the Murray clinic. She received her bachelor's degree in public health from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. Following that, she went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA in 2021. Adanna specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health therapy and holds a Herman and Wallace pelvic floor level 1 and 2B certification as well as a matter of balance coaching certification. She believes in taking a holistic approach in treating the whole body while creating individual treatment plans unique to each person's needs. Adanna strives to give each patient the tools they will need to empower them to reach their goals and get back to enjoying the activities they love. When not in the clinic, Adanna enjoys staying active outdoors as well as refining her cooking and baking skills, reading and relaxing while watching the latest shows on TV.

Ali Riegert

Ali has been with Mountain Land since 2012 starting out in the role of a therapy tech. Ali earned her Bachelors in Health Society and Policy from the University of Utah in 2017. She then continued her education at SLCC and became a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. Ali has also earned her Level 1 Pelvic Floor Training from Herman and Wallace. Ali specializes in aquatic therapy and enjoys working with patients of all diagnoses. Ali strives to work closely with everyone to determine the most effective treatment that suits their unique needs and body. Ali utilizes active listening to help understand her patients' goals and concerns fully. In her spare time, Ali enjoys reading, paddle boarding, camping, hiking, swimming, and trying new restaurants.

Andrew Mitchell

Andrew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg, located in Virginia, in 2016. He is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Post-Concussion Management from the American Institute of Balance. Andrew strives to empower patients and give them the tools to improve themselves and get back to the activities they love. He focuses on helping his patients realize, that with a little help through physical therapy, their bodies can do amazing things. In addition to orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation, Andrew specializes in post-concussion management and general balance training and rehabilitation.

Andrew Simon

Andrew began his education at the University of Utah where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Spanish. His interests include orthopedic and surgical rehabilitation and recovery, sport injury rehabilitation, and helping each individual move and feel better. His treatment approach emphasizes optimizing movement patterns to help individuals achieve their movement goals in an efficient and pain-free manner. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and playing most sports, especially softball and golf.

Austin Jenson

Austin always knew he wanted to go into health care. He graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2021 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Austin enjoys working as a physical therapist because it allows him to work with a wide range of patients in a variety of settings. Austin strives to make each session an enjoyable and fun opportunity for patients to heal in a comfortable and friendly environment. Austin enjoys treating patients of all ages and ailments. Some of Austin's hobbies include hanging out with his wife and 2 kids, watching tv, playing golf, and playing video games.

Ava Lowell

Ava is a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from Ithaca College (August 2023). Specializing in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab, she excels in treating various orthopedic injuries and diagnoses. Ava's interests lie in vestibular conditions, sports-related injuries, and TMJ dysfunction. Ava's therapy approach focuses on movement as a form of medicine. She emphasizes holistic and individualized care, prioritizing education and collaboration. By valuing the expertise of both clinician and patient, Ava strives for positive outcomes through teamwork. Witnessing the transformative impact of therapy during high school, she was inspired to pursue this field. Outside of work, Ava indulges in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, sailing, skiing, and mountain biking. She maintains a connection to springboard diving as a former collegiate diver. During weekends, you'll spot Ava in her cowboy boots, enjoying country-swing dancing!

Ben Wallace

Ben graduated from Gonzaga University in 2016 with his degree in Human Physiology. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2022. Ben works with patients to set achievable goals and strives to help them reach their highest level of function. By building a relationship with his patients, Ben wants his patients to look forward to coming to physical therapy because it will help them progress toward living a happier and healthier lifestyle. Ben enjoys working with patients to become the best version of themselves. When not in the clinic, Ben enjoys rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his dog.

Brandon Stubbs

Brandon received his Bachelor at Southern Utah University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University in 2006. Brandon feels privileged to work in a small community, like Kanab, where he enjoys practicing and experiencing the different fields of physical therapy, including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing, wound care and home health with a primary interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. Brandon is happy to be back in southern Utah where he can enjoy his outdoor passions for fly-fishing, spending time with his family, training horses and coaching wrestling.

Breanna Jackson

Breanna earned her AAS degree in home health and orthopedic rehabilitation from Salt Lake Community College in 2016. She is passionate about working with older adults, individuals dealing with conditions like MD and Parkinson's, and those in hospice care. Her therapy approach focuses on empowering patients through understanding the "why" behind their treatments. Her personal inspiration for this field comes from her own injuries and her experience with her terminally ill mother-in-law. Outside of work, Breanna is a dedicated mom to three kids and actively participates in their sports and activities. She enjoys staying active with weightlifting and HIIT workouts, as well as being part of a cookbook club. Family sports like pickleball, tennis, and basketball are her favorite ways to spend quality time. Breanna's family also loves exploring new travel adventures together.

Brian Pennock

Brian has been with Mountain Land since 1999. First as the clinic director of the Layton clinic and now as the director of the Kaysville clinic inside of the Sportsplex gym. He received his Bachelors degree from Weber State University in 1995, his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999, and his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2005 from A.T. Still University. Brian is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries and treats patients of all ages from "weekend warriors" to elite professional and Olympic athletes. He also has experience in the performance of EMG, nerve conduction studies, and intraoperative neuromonitoring. Brian focuses on determining the underlying cause of injuries to help his patients get back to full function and stay injury-free. Brian has stayed close to his Layton/Kaysville roots and enjoys participating in and coaching athletic teams including football, baseball, and high school lacrosse. Cami Wright

Cami earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Dixie State University in St. George. She has been a part of the Mountain Land team since 2013. Cami enjoys getting to know each of her patients and helping them get back to what they love to do. She specializes in orthopedics and has additional training in aquatic therapy. Cami strives to find the most beneficial ways to treat her patients and educate them on how they can prevent future injuries. She loves being able to work with patients from all backgrounds and have them return to what they enjoy, from gardening or walking around the block to hiking or mountain biking. Being an active person herself, Cami recognizes the positive impact that physical therapy can have on one's life. When Cami is not in the clinic, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, playing soccer, hiking, or going to the park with her young son, husband, and dogs.

Camille Maison

Cerra Cyrus

Cerra Cyrus received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from California State University, Northridge. She went on to earn a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Elon University, North Carolina in 2016. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2017 and began working for the Mountain Land team in February 2021. Specializing in orthopedic and manual therapy, Cerra also has experience treating the foot/ankle and neurologic impairments and rehabilitation in the NICU. As a dancer throughout school, she knows the value physical therapy can have on healing through movement. She believes in taking a hands-on approach to therapy and is passionate about helping each patient reach their own goals so they can return to the activities they enjoy. Cerra enjoys hiking, backpacking and spending time with family, friends and her three puppies. She loves to travel and has a goal to visit all of the National Parks - 20 down and 43 more parks to visit!

Chris Saldivar

Chris graduated from San Diego State University in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in 1989. She then became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 1991 and a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1996. After more than 26 years of working as an athletic trainer, Chris retired from her athletic training practice to focus her attention on being a Physical Therapist Assistant. Chris specializes in ACL rehabilitation and other sports-related injuries, including athletes' throwing shoulder. She's worked with athletes of all levels from city league, high school, college, professional, Olympics, and even the weekend warriors. Chris works alongside the physical therapist to listen to and understand their patients' concerns, providing them with the best plan of care so that they can get back to doing the things they love again. In her spare time, Chris loves watching and participating in sports. She enjoys watching her daughter compete in volleyball and softball, two sports that she also played in high school.

Cody Haugen

Cody joined the Mountain Land team in 2015 after graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. In 2010 Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Washington State where he worked with NCAA athletes to treat and prevent injuries on and off the field. Cody's treatment philosophy focuses on hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based interventions. Cody believes in an individualized approach with an emphasis on patient education to help his patients achieve their goals. He loves seeing his patients return to work and doing the things they love. In his spare time, Cody enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and spending time outside with friends and family.

Collin Larson

Collin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Boise State University in 2017. He later went on and gained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from America International College in 2022. Collin has also received specialized training through the McKenzie Institute earning his McKenzie MDT Part A and B, which focuses on the management of the lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spine. Collin's therapy philosophy centers around a patient-centric approach, where he carefully listens to the symptoms and identifies movements or directions that alleviate discomfort. His treatment plans combine hands-on techniques with therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's unique physiological impairments and functional limitations. Outside the clinic, Collin enjoys activities such as mountain biking, weightlifting, and rock climbing.

Colton J. Samuelsen

Daniel Sedgwick

Daniel has been on the Mountain Land Team since 2006 when he became an aide at the Clinton Clinic. He later went on to become an Athletic Trainer at Clearfield High School and a Public Relations Representative for the Northern Utah Region. In 2012 Dan graduated from the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and joined the team as a full time Physical Therapist. Daniel uses a team approach to help patients achieve their goals in physical therapy. He has experience in treating geriatrics, pediatrics, traumatic brain injury, tension headaches, low back pain (including Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction), and shoulder injuries in Throwing Athletes. Daniel was the athletic trainer for Clearfield High School until 2011 and became a physical therapist when he realized he enjoyed helping not just athletes, but all people return to the activities they love. Daniel grew up in Syracuse Utah and now lives in Roy with his wife and three children. He enjoys attending Weber State University sporting events, playing softball and other sports, boating and vacationing with his family. Daniel is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Danielle Moorad

Dr. Danielle Moorad has been nothing short of a God send to our family - from helping to minimize chronic migraines to helping injured backs and knees - her expertise and bedside manner is unmatched. We love Dr. Danielle!! A Physical Therapist, a Certified Athletic Trainer and sometimes lovingly called a Drill Sergeant, Danielle is an expert in sports medicine, and treating orthopedic and neurologic pathologies. Danielle graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and a Minor in Biology. She continued at Northern Arizona University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. She also has a Certificate in Applied Functional Sciences through the Gray Institute. Danielle specializes in functional movement training, various taping techniques, muscle-energy techniques, IASTM, vacuum cupping, neurologic physical therapy, spinal physical therapy, and tri-planar functional movement analysis and treatment. If this seems like a lot to tackle, don't worry, she is constantly studying and adding new techniques to her tool box. Danielle likes to take an individualized approach with her patients. For her, looking beyond the diagnosis is key in determining the underlying cause of pain and/or discomfort. Every person is unique and our responses to treatments differ. Danielle's goal is to provide customized plans to get her patients fit, happy, and doing the things that they love. When she is not in the clinic, Danielle can be found enjoying the great outdoors: mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and their dogs. Occasionally, you may also find her wearing a kilt and throwing heavy objects far distances as she competes in the Scottish Highland Games. She also enjoys working on art projects, home DIY, and putting out fires her husband started trying to make nachos.

Eric Neil

Eric graduated from Weber State University with his General Studies Associate's Degree prior to receiving his certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Salt Lake City Community College. Eric pursued further education at Davis Applied Technology College where he earned his Surgical Technologist Degree. Eric specializes in hand therapy and rehabilitation. When he works with patients he implements both fun and effective ways for them to progress. Eric strives to make a difference in his patients' lives, making sure they're satisfied with their therapy so that they can get back to doing the things they love. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active. He enjoys camping, hiking, dirt biking, snowboarding, skateboarding and playing ice hockey.

Erin Fluhrer

Erin earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2005. Erin is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Erin strives to educate her patients throughout their recovery so that they can help themselves feel better and return to living their lives pain-free and without limitations. Erin specializes in orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation including conditions involving the SI joint. She has a special interest in treating children and loves watching a child's eyes light up when they achieve a milestone for the very first time. When she's not in the clinic, Erin enjoys running, hiking, snowshoeing, climbing, weight lifting, coaching her boys' recreation basketball teams, and spending as much time as she can with her family.

Hagen Smith

Hagen graduated with his Associates degree from Utah Valley University in 2004. He then completed his Massage Therapist degree from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2008. Hagen graduated in 2018 with his Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from PIMA Medical College. Hagen's background in massage and manual therapy makes him a very hands-on therapist. Hagen enjoys giving his patients personal attention through massage, stretches, or mobilizations. "Motion is the lotion" is the philosophy Hagen educates his patients on their way to improving their quality of life. Hagen loves to play football, soccer, and pickleball. Hagen also loves being on the water boating, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

Jaclyn Arave

Jaclyn has been a member of the Mountain Land team since 2015, starting with us as a Physical Therapy Aide. Jaclyn then received her undergraduate in Athletic Training from Weber State University and spent four years with us as an Athletic Trainer. In May of 2022, Jaclyn graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy! Jaclyn obtains an emphasis in sports rehabilitation due to her extensive clinical experience within athletic training. She has worked with many high school and collegiate athletes giving her the understanding of how to rehabilitate, improve, and ultimately prepare athletes to return to sport. Jaclyn's therapy philosophy is to, "Work hard, laugh, and have fun on the journey to getting back to what you love." In January of 2023 Jaclyn got certified through Herman and Wallace in Pelvic Floor 1 which allows her to help women who have urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain due to pregnancy, prenatal care, and postnatal care. Jaclyn has been an athlete for the majority of her life and has experienced the benefits of physical therapy herself, sparking a lifelong passion for the field. "My exposure to this field has always been positive and I think it's a very fulfilling job to help others get back to what they love to do and help them accomplish things they never thought they could." Other than physical therapy, Jaclyn enjoys reading, running half-marathons, kayaking, playing volleyball, and traveling.

Jacob Stratton

Jacob received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2012, and later completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2015. Jacob is fellowship trained in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is certified in Dry Needling Therapy and Kinesio Taping. He specializes in Manual Therapy, with specific exercises targeting problem areas and global incorporation of movement and functional training. Jacob also specializes in treating neck pain, headaches, and shoulder pain. Jacob's mantra is "Every day, a little bit better" and he strives to accomplish this through individualized treatment and exercises for each patient, maximizing contact time, and a focus on encouraging healthy lifestyles. "I love helping people and watching them change from someone consumed with pain, and unable to move forward with life, to someone that moves well and smiles as they walk out the door." Jacob enjoys exploring and trying new things. His hobbies include hiking, camping, backpacking, travelling, woodworking, gardening, and spending time with his family. Fun fact: Jacob and his wife first met on an airplane going to Guatemala! In true hallmark fashion, they re-met 6 months later and started dating-the rest is history!

Jake Todd

Jake Todd earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2021. Specializing in general orthopedics, Jake is trained in manual and manipulative therapy and treating patients experiencing neck pain, low back pain, sciatica and radiculopathy. Growing up playing sports, Jake knows the benefits of physical therapy. He is passionate about helping his patients understand what is happening within their bodies and giving them tools they will need to get back to doing the activities they enjoy pain-free. Jake was born and raised on a small farmstead near Colfax, North Dakota where he spent time taking care of animals. He participated in football, basketball, track and softball throughout high school. When not in the clinic, Jake enjoys hiking, lifting weights, watching movies and spending time with his friends.

Jana Quarnberg

Jana has been a part of the Mountain Land team since 2016. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2009 with her Masters of Occupational Therapy. Jana gained additional training in Geriatric Occupational Therapy, with an emphasis on fall prevention and home safety, and sensory processing disorders and pediatric therapy interventions. Jana strives to continually learn and gain skills in many different occupational areas in order to provide the best therapy to her patients. Her training includes shoulder rehabilitation, joint replacement management, and interventions to help older adults reduce disability. Jana is passionate about helping others regain independence, participate in meaningful activities, and find enjoyment in their lives. When Jana is not in the clinic, she enjoys boating, camping, hiking, hunting and spending time with her three boys playing sports.

Jesse Sampogna

Jesse completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 from Idaho State University. He currently carries additional certifications in Blood Flow Restriction therapy, the Fascial Distortion Model of Manual Techniques, and Dry Needling. Jesse is skilled in reducing pain due to (and decreasing recovery time following) any injury, surgery, or many other conditions. He prefers to address pain and tissue dysfunction through manual therapy, utilizing therapeutic exercises and activities to help patients achieve their functional goals. Jesse became a physical therapist because he enjoys being able to help people in a direct, tangible way so they can return to doing the activities they love. In his free time, Jesse enjoys playing just about any game with friends and family, including cards, dice, sports, and board games. He has an extra passion for soccer (playing indoor year-round), skiing/sledding (including Calvin and Hobbes-style death-defying sled runs down the mountain at his in-law's cabin in Cascade), and dancing (swing, blues, and tango). Jillian Rawson

Jillian has been with Mountain Land for 14 years, and is currently working at our Murray clinic as an Aquatic Therapy Specialist. Jillian graduated from Salt Lake Community College in 2007 with an Associates of Applied Science. She specializes in functional movement, hand therapy, and balance and fall prevention. Jillian was inspired to work within the Physical Therapy field in High School. After experiencing an elbow tendonitis injury while cheerleading, Jillian sought after physical therapy to improve the status of her elbow and fell in love with the process. "I love working with and sharing time with people! I want patients to enjoy their time with us and have fun while working towards their physical therapy goals." Besides physical therapy, Jillian loves rock climbing, camping, yoga, book club with friends, as well as spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.

John Rino

After achieving a manual therapy certification in 2016, John completed an Orthopedic Residency in 2022 followed by the attainment of certification as an Orthopedic Specialist. Some of his areas of expertise include McKenzie evaluation of the lumbar and cervical spine, knee and foot/ankle therapy, running evaluation, and vestibular rehabilitation and balance training. He also enjoys utilizing manual therapy and dry needling in order to improve patient outcomes and reduce pain. John has experience working with an array of patients across the country, from college athletes to retirees. For John, each therapy session is an opportunity to make that hour the best part of the day, and he aims to provide each patient with the proper education to help guide them through their recovery, and to prevent the recurrence of injury. Jordyn Tanner

Kaden Craig

Kaden prioritizes individualized treatment plans that consistently benefit his patients. Kevin Cox

Kevin earned his BSPT from Chicago Medical School and later completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Montana. Kevin also holds certifications in Rehabilitation Administration, Dry Needling, and is a retired Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Kevin specializes in areas such as foot orthotics, work conditioning, and return-to-work functional training. He plans to expand his skills with training in vestibular therapy. Kevin's therapy philosophy revolves around teamwork. He believes that successful patient outcomes depend on collaboration between the patient, their support system, the physician's team, and the rehabilitation team, all acting as equal pillars of support. In his free time, Kevin prioritizes his loving family and enjoys the active pursuits of running and participating in triathlons, reflecting his enduring dedication to health and well-being.

Kyle Radanovich

Kyle graduated from Rocky Mountain University in December 2021 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a competitive distant runner and powerlifter himself, Kyle enjoys working with endurance athletes and weightlifters as well as other patients. Kyle strives to treat his patients' injuries and pain based on the level of tissue irritability to improve their function without associating pain with exercise. As a previous pharmacy technician and trained EMT, Kyle has a unique medical field background. Kyle enjoys working with patients to reduce their symptoms and educate them so they can get back to the activities they enjoy. Along with endurance and 70.3 ironman racing, Kyle enjoys CrossFit, skiing, forging, and metalwork.

Lauren Moulton

Lauren earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the Salt Lake Community College in 2019. She first began working for Mountain Land in 2018 as a Therapy Tech while going to school before becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. Lauren specializes in manual therapy for neck pain and headaches. She also has experience with post orthopedic surgeries, particularly for joint replacements, and has a special interest in balance training, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation. Lauren is passionate about creating a positive environment for her patients. She believes in educating and utilizing hands-on therapy to help each patient achieve their individual goals and return to living happy, healthy lives. When not in the clinic, Lauren enjoys rock climbing, hiking, working out, four-wheeling, camping, and playing sports!

Madison Splan

Madison earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Boise State University, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2014. Madison is Board Certified in Women's Health through the American Physical Therapy Association and specializes in pelvic health for women and men, as well as for children. She has a special interest in pregnancy, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and constipation, and utilizes equipment including biofeedback and a pelvic floor stimulator. Madison is also certified in ASTYM therapy to improve tissue function with conditions including tennis elbow, Piriformis syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and post-partum diastasis recti. When treating patients, Madison believes in taking a hands-on, holistic approach and looks beyond the affected region to help solve the current problem and prevent future injuries throughout the kinetic chain. When not in the clinic, Madison loves to be outdoors with her family and friends while snowboarding, hiking, camping, and boating. She is also enjoying her most important role as a new mom, spending quality time raising her young son and watching him grow, learn, and explore the world around him.

Megan Miyawaki

Megan started out as an intern for Mountain Land, then returned after completing PT school. She completed her undergraduate studies at Weber State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in December 2022. Megan has experience in treating strokes, Parkinson's disease, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, as well as outpatient orthopedics. As a dancer growing up, Megan was able to go through physical therapy at Mountain Land, where she fell in love with the idea that she could combine her interest in living an active/healthy lifestyle with helping others. Megan believes in building relationships and working together with her patients to find approaches that will help them get back to doing the things they love. Megan loves dancing, photography, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.

Melanie Morgan

Melanie graduated from BYU in 1994 and from Rutgers in 1997 with her Masters of Physical Therapy. Melanie specializes in knee replacements and ankle rehabilitation and has experience treating geriatric and pediatric patients in their homes, outpatient, and transitional care settings. Melanie also speaks fluent Spanish. What inspired Melanie to enter this field was watching her uncle receive rehabilitation following a terrible car accident when she was young. By tailoring each treatment approach, Melanie motivates her patients to continue to stay physically active so they can get back to doing the things they love. Melanie is a sports lover, both playing and spectating. She is a Utah Jazz and Colorado Rockies fan. Melanie also loves to travel and has participated in several medical humanitarian trips to Peru over the years.

Merenci Osborne

She has specialized in Aquatic Therapy and has been treating in the pool since 2003. Michelle enjoys the one-on-one nature of Aquatic Therapy and has seen life changing benefits for her patients. Also earned in 2019, his Level 2 dry-needling certification from Kinetacore allows him to address musculoskeletal issues with precision, offering patients a multifaceted path to wellness. With a warm and empathetic approach, Mitchell likes to connect with his patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. His patient-centered care philosophy tailors treatment plans to individual goals, whether recovering from sports injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, or optimizing physical performance. He strives to educate his patients about their injury and the recovery process. Beyond the clinic, Mitchell has spent the last few years working with local high-school and collegiate athletes, sports clubs, and running groups to treat and promote injury prevention.

Savannah Slater

Savannah graduated from Brigham Young University in 2018 with a degree in Recreational Management and an emphasis in Therapy. She most recently graduated from Touro University Nevada with a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in June of 2022 and completed her doctoral capstone in the neonatal intensive care unit. Savannah obtains experience in Certified Recreational Therapy, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Aquatic Therapy for neurological diagnosis. Additionally, Savannah is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapy and is actively pursuing certification in Hand Therapy. Savannah's therapy philosophy is to, "approach each client as an individual with a unique background and treatment needs." Savannah strives to listen and learn from her clients' lived experiences to incorporate their values into their treatment plans. Steven is from Houston, Texas and has practiced physical therapy since 1997. He earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 1994, and a master's degree in Physical Therapy from University of Alabama Birmingham in 1997. Steven specializes in neurological rehabilitation, specifically in stroke, spinal cord injury, and cerebral palsy rehabilitation. He has received advanced training in Electromyography (EMG) from the Houston Rehabilitation Institute. Before joining the Mountain Land team, Steve was the director of the Southwest Neurological Center for nine years where he specialized in treating neurological patients from across the Western United States using his sophisticated EMG training. Steve is now the director of the NeuroHops program which utilizes sophisticated EMG protocols to improve vertical leap and explosiveness in athletes who come from many locations to train with him. Mountain Land is now one of the few centers in the country able to offer this specialized training. Steve is also highly trained in treating all sports injuries including running injuries and plantar fasciitis and is an expert in running video analysis. He trains athletes using blood flow restriction to improve their performance by increasing their V02 max. Steve is highly trained in occupational medicine and does post offer job testing and functional capacity evaluations. Steven was inspired to become a physical therapist because he wanted to help people who were paralyzed learn to walk and move again. Steven enjoys coaching, playing all sports and writing; he writes novels and children's books. He has even written a book, Been There Done That: A step-by-step cure for Plantar Fasciitis.
