I have a passion for helping treat behavioral health conditions for ages 5 and up, with a special place for first responders. I am currently in the military (26 years) and work as a healthcare provider both as a civilian and in the Military. I offer medication management, nutritional psychiatry, and psychotherapy to achieve a healthier mind that is fit for duty and in life. I believe in working together with the client to find the best solution for them with respect and empathy unique to each situation. I have a diverse background as a practitioner that includes include endocrinology and emergency medicine. I am trained in psychiatric, emergency, and family medicine, which enables me to address both medical and mental health concerns at your visit. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I also provide psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, EMDR and positive psychology.
