Andrew Goldsmith - Founder

Andrew Goldsmith has deep expertise in the homeland security technology sector. As CEO of AGX Marketing, LLC, he has advised US and international firms in a variety of areas, including marketing strategy, government business development, and mergers and acquisitions. His knowledge of the CBRNE and security screening technology sectors is particularly deep. He consults with VC firms, PE firms, hedge funds and buy side investment firms seeking to understand these markets and investment opportunities for technologies such as transmission x-ray, backscatter x-ray, IMS explosive trace detection, and millimeter wave people screening. Andrew was VP of Global Marketing at Rapiscan Systems from 2007 to 2015. In addition to helping the company achieve eight straight years of double-digit revenue growth, he supported due diligence and other M&A related work associated with several privately held security screening technology firms. From 2001 to 2007, he was VP of Marketing and Strategy for Global Internetworking, which he helped take public via a SPAC acquisition. In addition, he spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients on telecom related M&A and privatizations from 1995 to 2000. Andrew's education includes a B.A. from Columbia University in 1986 and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1995 with a concentration in finance and marketing.

Peter Harris - CEO, Founder

Peter Harris is a leader and well-known expert in the aviation security industry. Since 2009 he has assisted over 35 clients as Founder and President of Yankee Foxtrot, Inc, a consulting company dedicated to providing specialized strategic guidance on revenue growth to senior decision-makers. Comfortable in financial transactions, his client experience includes company acquisitions, development of joint ventures, and equity investments. His senior executive positions were at Analogic Corporation where he was President of their security subsidiary, International Security Systems which would eventually achieve 40% of the checked baggage x-ray market worldwide. He served as the CEO of Rapor, Inc., a designer of biometric portals from 2000-2004, and was instrumental in the company's acquisition. In addition, he spent five years at American Science & Engineering (AS&E) as VP, Sales and Marketing and on their Board of Directors. He has extensive Board experience with both public and private companies and was the founding Board member for Qylur in 2007 and on PathSensors Board before its sale to Smiths Detection in 2020. He also has been a featured speaker at security trade shows around the world. As a private pilot and naval aviator, Peter is no stranger to aviation and security-related issues. He amassed over 2000 hours and 400 carrier landings during a 22-year naval aviation career, retiring with the rank of Captain. Peter's education includes a B.S. from the US Naval Academy in 1976 and a Master's Degree in National Security from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in 1983.

Richard Meyerhoff

Richard Meyerhoff is the Principal Consultant at SDIBD Ltd (Security & Detection, International Business Development), advising companies on international market strategies in the aviation, critical infrastructure, and CBRNE sectors. He has held P&L and other leadership positions in international sales, service, and business development. Prior to founding SDIBD, Richard was VP Operations at L3Harris, Security & Detection Systems where he reorganised operations and built multi-functional teams to repair and transform partner relationships, which led to being shortlisted as Best Strategic Partner with a leading European airport group. At Raytheon BBN Technologies, Richard started international business development efforts which led to signing the first international contract with the UK MOD to deploy BBN's Boomerang gunshot detection technology. Richard has vast experience living and working in Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America. Richard's education includes a BA in Economics from Universidad Catolica Argentina in 1984 and an M.B.A. from The University of Michigan in 1987.
