Austin Davis was born and raised right here in Alma, Nebraska. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, graduating in December of 2014 with his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, he returned home and began his career in real estate.
As a lifelong resident of Alma, he feels very fortunate to be able to return to his hometown and serve the real estate needs of this great community. It has been Austin's continued goal to make every real estate transaction, whether buying or selling, as stress free as possible.
During free time, Austin enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. A few of his favorite activities include hunting, golfing, being on the lake and spending time with his two golden retrievers. Like most Nebraskans, Austin is an avid follower of Husker athletics. GBR!
Colby Gray was born and raised in Phelps County. He grew up on a farm south of Loomis, where he developed his strong work ethic. After graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, he attained his CPA license and went on to work in both public and private accounting for over seven years. Colby's professional career in accounting and business provided him with a vast amount of knowledge and experience that has been valuable to him as a Realtor.
Colby loves the rural community he lives in and feels blessed to be able to serve the residents of this area with their real estate needs as well as bring new people into it. He takes great pride in his work and strives to provide clients with the best experience possible, whether that is on the buying or selling side of the table.
Colby, his wife, Heather, and daughters Hadley, Henley and Haiden, live on an acreage south of Loomis, NE. He stays involved in his community by serving as the president of the Great Plains Pheasants Forever Chapter, secretary of the Loomis Evangelical Free Church Board and a Rotarian. He was a member of the first Leadership Holdrege class and continuously looks for ways to educate and better himself. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, coaching his daughters' activities and helping on the family farm.
Duane Murdoch was born and raised in South Central Nebraska. He attended both R-7, near Holdrege, & Carter country school, and graduated from Oxford High School. He received his BA degree at Sioux Falls College, (now University of Sioux Falls) in Sioux Falls, S. Dakota; where he later became a Trustee for several years. After college, Duane returned to the family farm in Harlan Co., to farm along with his brother Marlin. Duane also began a career in auctioneering when he became a partner in Mccann & Murdoch Auctioneers which lasted for over 30 years. During that same time Duane acquired his real estate license and was an agent with Illingworth & Sons Realty of Holdrege, NE, until he became a Broker in 1992, and established Valley Real Estate of Oxford, Nebraska.
Duane is married to his wife Cheryl, who taught in the Bertrand and Mascot school systems, and retired recently from the Oxford Baptist preschool. Duane and Cheryl have 3 children, Jarod, Josh, and Jessica, all married; and 4 grandchildren. Duane has been involved in the area communities throughout the years by helping with benefit auctions, 4-H and school projects, and church offices. Duane's extensive years have provided hundreds of sales by private sale and auction in farm and ranch land, residential, and commercial real estate. He looks forward to partnering with Clear View Realty, as an associate, to bring his years of experience to the partnership and all clients.
Katelyn Ropers is proud to call Elwood, NE her home. She moved into the community 4 years ago after marrying her husband Patrick, who teaches and coaches at Elwood Public School. Along with their two daughters, Harper and Sadie, they are enjoying their new home that they recently built in town.
Katelyn has a passion for service. She has been an active member in her community, serving as the president of the Elwood Booster Club, a board member of the chamber of commerce, and a mentor in the Teammates program. Kindness and empathy are large part of her character, which she has demonstrated throughout her 13 year career in healthcare. These traits, combined with her value of hard work and integrity, drive Katelyn to provide her clients with superior customer service. She truly cares about their best interests and will do everything she can to make their real estate dreams come true.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and traveling.
