Christian Torres Safety Manager Christian has served as Safety Manager since 2018.Christian brings a strong passion for working with our customers to keep everyone safe. He began his career in safety in 2013 with JC trucking LLC. Before then he held different positions as an Electrician and Welder. His blue-collar experience makes it easy for him to understand what our employees need to be safe every day.

• Dennis Moore Completions Manager

Dennis Moore Completions Manager Dennis brings over 44 years of completions experience to Mustang Well Service. He joined our team in September 2020 as our Completions Manager. Dennis began his oilfield career in 1970 working on pulling units for Pool and R&H Well Service. In 1975 he went to Exxon Chemical as a treater. Since 1977 he has worked in the completions and R&S sector with Baker Hughes, Cobra Packers and Gravity Oilfield Services. Dennis is proud to be able to offer some of the most experienced packer hands in West Texas.

Ector Baeza Rig Manager Ector currently serves as our rig manager. He began his career in the Oilfield here at Mustang Well Service 10 years ago. He has held several different positions including floor hand, hotshot driver, and rig pusher. Ector brings a strong work ethic and focus on safety to our team. Ector believes a high safety performance is what separates us from our competitors.

• Joe Bustamante President / Owner

Joe Bustamante President/Owner Joe brings 29 years of Oilfield experience as President/Owner of Mustang Well Service. Joe began his Oilfield career as a helper for Orson Electric in 1992. In 2003 Joe began selling for Jupiter Electric. Joe purchased his first pulling unit with a business partner in 2005. By July of 2006 they had 4 rigs working fulltime. In October of 2007 Joe sold his share of that company to found Mustang Well Service in December of 2007. Joe says its important to create a family environment for his employees, this creates a sense of pride in our company that is unparalleled. Joe Bustamante founded MWS in December of 2007. By the end of 2009 we had grown to 3 rigs working for mainly smaller operators. In 2010 we picked up an account with a major customer this allowed us to begin to hire the right team. In 2016 Joe decided to expand into the fishing and completions side of the business. After a few years of slow growth Joe decided to add some leadership to that side of the company, and since Oct of 2020 we have seen substantial growth. Currently we have 12 workover rigs, 8 Reverse units and 4 packer hands who are ready to work with you to get your well producing. Joe instills a strong sense of pride on customer service and our safety program. We boast high safety grade in ISNetworld and OPEC. All of our CAT I, II, III and IV rig inspections are done by certified third party contractors. Our safety manager has worked hard for three years to ensure we are working as safe as possible. We also pride ourselves on having a team with many years of experience in their fields. We feel the best way to work safely and provide the best customer service is to hire the right people and use quality equipment.

• Ricky Harper Fishing Manager

Ricky Harper Fishing Manager Ricky brings 48 years of oilfield experience to Mustang Well Service as our Fishing Manager. He began his career with Gist Well Service in 1973. Three years later He went to Baker Hughes where he spent the next 38 years on the completions and fishing and rental division in Management roles. After retiring from Baker Hughes, he accepted the position of Vice President of Fishing and Rentals at Gravity Oilfield services. Ricky joined our team in November 2020. Ricky believes the experienced hands we are hiring makes us a great choice for your fishing needs.

Todd Harper Business Development Todd serves as Business Development/Marketing Manager. He has over 18 years of industry experience. Todd spent 10 years with Baker Hughes where he worked his way from a shop hand to an Operations Manager. Since that time, he has held positions in sales as a Field Salesman, Corporate Salesman and Regional Sales Manager at Gravity Oilfield Services. Todd joined our team in October of 2020. "I am excited to help our team grow it's footprint in the Permian Basin" when asked about his role.
