Aida has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is a global HR professional with extensive business knowledge. She has wide ranging experience in local and global roles, which include working in international headquarters. She has a proven track record in implementing organisational changes, applying change management methodology and ensuring business success in local, global and corporate environments in different countries and cultures. Aida combines her human resources background with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Executive MBA from the global education institute ESADE. She developed her professional career in Novartis and one of the ‘big four' accounting firms.

Ana has more than eight years of experience in business strategy and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
She initially joined Neuraxpharm as Strategy Associate to the CEO. She made the step up to Chief of Staff having played a key role in the successful integration of the Group's different territories across a number of countries. Ana leads the Strategy area, Portfolio, Project and Launch Management, External Communication, ESG and Digital Engagement.
She developed her professional career as Business and Strategy Consultant at Capgemini Invent (formerly Capgemini Consulting), mainly working on pharmaceutical industry projects.
Ana holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), specialising in management and industrial organisation, and higher education qualifications in strategy production from École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA) in Paris.

Burghard is an expert in implementing strategic planning in the fields of purchasing, production, technology and supply chain.
He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in international companies and is responsible for the production of finished dosage forms (FDFs) including the manufacturing plant of Neuraxpharm Lesvi.
Burghard has a proven track record in product transfer and procurement management within several pharmaceutical companies, including Haupt Pharma, Aristo and Ethypharm. He also has extensive experience as a strategic consultant in the supply chain and tender business.
Burghard has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Magdeburg, Germany.

Charles Morris joined Neuraxpharm as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in January 2022. Charles is a seasoned M&A professional with 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate M&A in the pharmaceutical industry, across multiple geographies, including the US, Germany and Spain.
Before joining Neuraxpharm, Charles was Global Head of M&A and Corporate Development at Almirall (2019-2021) and prior to this he was Vice President, Head of M&A, Pharma General Medicine & Animal Health at Bayer AG (2010-2019). Earlier in his career, Charles worked in investment banking and equity research for Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Molecular Securities in New York.
Charles holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (USA) and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Emory University (USA).

Dr Dierks has 30 years of healthcare experience and has held several senior executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined Neuraxpharm in 2018 from his previous post as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Meda, a Swedish specialty pharmaceutical company, which he held from 2013.
Jörg had been the Chief Operating Officer for Meda from 2005 and also assumed the role of Chief Scientific Officer for a period of time. He was instrumental in growing the business over many years and led its sale to Mylan in 2016 for $10bn.
Before joining Meda, Jörg was Chief Operating Officer at Viatris, a pharmaceutical company based in Germany.
Born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, Jörg graduated from Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität zu Mainz with a degree in Human Medicine. This included working for a year in a hospital in Koblenz in 1986, earning him the title of Medical Doctor. One year later, Jörg was awarded the title of Doctor of Medicine. He also studied business administration for scientists at the Fernuniversität Gesamthochschule in Hagen.

Dr. Maximilian von Wülfing has over 15 years of international leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
He joins Neuraxpharm from Mylan, now Viatris, where he was the General Manager for numerous countries in Europe, his last position being General Manager for Viatris Germany. Previously, he was Head of Global Brand Marketing also at Mylan. He joined in 2015 from Abbott where he had worked as Commercial Director for EMEA West since 2012. Dr. von Wülfing started his career at Altana, being responsible for various positions, also after the company was acquired by Nycomed in 2006. In 2011, Nycomed became part of Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where Dr. von Wülfing held the position of Director Respiratory Franchise for DACH.
He holds a PhD in Veterinary Physiology from the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany as well as various EMBA Certificates from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Francisco specialises in product selection and the definition of strategic research and development projects. With his more than 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has extensive knowledge in generic drug development, new chemical entities (NCE), line extensions and over-the-counter products. He has experience in leading multidisciplinary teams of a high functional capacity in the areas of pharmaceutical development (formulation and analytical), clinical development, intellectual property, regulatory affairs and project management. Francisco's career has included roles as Head of Pharmaceutical Development at Lacer Laboratories, R&D Pharma Director at Chemo Group, and Corporate Product Development Director at Ferrer Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and is a pharmaceutical industry specialist.

Javier is Neuraxpharm's Commercial South Region Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various senior roles.
Javier is Neuraxpharm's Commercial South Region Officer (Spain, Italy and Portugal) and General Manager of Neuraxpharm Spain and Portugal. He has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various senior roles.
Javier joined Neuraxpharm in 2006, leading the development of Neuraxpharm Spain from the beginning. He previously held a number of different commercial roles with Procter & Gamble, Vita, Roche and Prodesfarma.
He holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, and on the business side, he has an MBA from ESADE and a PDG from IESE business school.

Lluís joined Neuraxpharm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in April 2018. His professional background and expertise are focused on the fields of finance and corporate finance control, including extensive international experience within large multinational companies. For more than eight years, Lluís developed his professional career as Group CFO in various business units within the Celsa Group, the second largest steel producer in Europe with bases in the UK, Scandinavia and Poland, and as Group CFO for the private equity-owned Goldcar Group. He is an expert in the integration of subsidiaries, co-ordination of multi-site finance departments, refinancing, analysing the feasibility of new investments and leading merger and acquisition processes.

Miguel Barrero Durán is Head of Business Development & Innovation and joined Neuraxpharm in 2015 where he created and developed the corporate departments of Business Development & Licensing, Alliance Management and, recently, Pipeline. Miguel also leads the Intellectual Property department.
Miguel has more than 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles and companies, beginning his professional career in 2000 at Almirall, followed by Merck Serono in 2005 and Esteve in 2008 where he worked in senior pharmaceutical development roles which provided him with an extensive technical and scientific background.
Prior to joining Neuraxpharm, he held a number of senior positions in Business Development, which included out-licensing at Invent Farma and Hetero Europe and in-licensing and business development through strategic partnerships and company developments.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from the global education institute ESADE.
