NMSL principally engages in corporate, secretarial, managerial, consulting and other related services for and on behalf of companies incorporated and registered under the Companies Act 1995 of Antigua and Barbuda as amended (the "Companies Act") and the International Business Corporations Act 1982, as amended (the "IBC Act").
