MONTSERRAT FOUNDATION

The Montserrat Foundation was established by a group of citizens of the United States of America. Public-spirited persons from the Montserrat community were recruited as members. As some of the US members changed their expatriate status, due mainly to aging, the organization is managed predominantly by Montserratians. The last President of the Foundation was D. R. V.
