Responsible for completing QA project timeline, presenting progress at weekly project team meeting and to the VP at weekly operational reviews... Currently working full time as a Senior Cloud Operations and Support Engineer in Avaya Galway. Experience working in an Agile environment, with a team of cross functional members.
