In a career spanning over 45 years, WM. Robert "Bobbie" Sullivan has been involved in various law enforcement activities, including drug investigations, undercover operations, and criminal investigations in New Mexico.
In 1987, Bobbie was assigned as a uniformed patrolman to the Artesia Police Department. Here, he rose through the ranks and was eventually promoted to Detective Sergeant. In this role, he focused on drug and internal affairs investigations.
He became commander of the Pecos Valley Drug Task Force in March 1997 - a position he held for close to 10 years.
As commander, he oversaw both tactical and administrative operations. During this time, Bobbie recognized the immense value of accessible and centralized data to law enforcement operations. So, he played a major role in designing and implementing a broad database used to track suspects, display investigative case status, disposition of cases, and drug trafficking organizations. The database provides the task force with a valuable investigative and information management tool.
Presently, Bobbie is the NM HIDTA Region VI Drug Task Force Coordinator. He is also a member of several law enforcement committees, including the NM HIDTA Sub-Intelligence Committee and the NM HIDTA Working Group, where he serves as Chairman.

Possessing a remarkable skill for building and empowering teams to develop new solutions for the clients, he has consistently innovated, navigating the vast changes in the technological landscape with a combination of the right hardware and software. Over the years, this has meant in-depth knowledge and development in payment technologies via payment kiosks, web, voice, messaging, and mobile technologies that solve specific problems for utility departments, courthouses, law enforcement, and other governmental agencies and departments. Leveraging the relationships in the Government space, Mansur has also launched a cloud-based ERP system called GovOnTrack.
His latest endeavor, New in Blue, revolutionizes the way that police departments operate, increasing efficiency and efficacy, as well as the health of officers and the departments themselves. The solutions offered by AdComp and New in Blue are designed to work seamlessly together, providing for comprehensive and easy-to-use systems that save municipalities valuable time, money, and other resources.

Mike Wilson holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration, with a concentration in finance, which he earned during his career in law enforcement. He has also done extensive graduate-level study in communications and organizational leadership. Certifications and affiliations obtained through his career include the Texas Police Chiefs Association Training Advisory Board; Texas Commission on Law Enforcement licenses as Instructor and Master Peace Officer; and State of Texas Private Investigations license.
