Established in 1995, DCG offers small to mid-size education and human service organizations custom solutions to design, implement, and sustain internal program evaluation studies that support decision making, professional development, communication, collaboration and strategic design for new, emerging, or never before studied initiatives... Since 1995 DCG has helped to build the assessment and service capacity of non-profit organizations to design, manage, assess, and maintain new and innovative services. Our philosophy is rooted in the notion that evaluation research, as a development tool for growth, is a communal and inclusive process that is rigorously engaged by people who are reflective, critical, and committed to providing services that improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their clients.
