Dr. Scott W. Petersen has provided the highest standard of dental care to patients for over 16 years. Upon completion of a two-year LDS mission to Rome, Italy, he graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA with certified honors in endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics in 2005. He additionally received extensive training and certification in orthodontics, providing comprehensive treatment for youth and adults for over thirteen years. Dr. Petersen received FASTBRACES® Master Provider status (general dentist with a comparable training level to an orthodontist) and was honored to be additionally recognized as FASTBRACES® Senior Master Provider by Dr. Anthony Viazis, FASTBRACES® Inventor and Founder, for his extensive expertise.
Dr. Scott is known for his conscientious patient focus and integrity in diagnosis and delivery of excellent quality dentistry. He highly values the patient/doctor relationship and enjoys building friendships of trust while taking time to understand the needs and concerns of each patient. On a personal level, Dr. Scott loves spending quality time with his wife, Eve, and their four beautiful children. He enjoys serving in his church and community, cooking Italian food, good music and outdoor activities including sports, hunting, fishing and travel.
Dr. Scott's wife, Eve, graduated in the top 15% of her class from Brigham Young University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Science, her Certification as a Family Life Educator and an induction into the Golden Key National Honor Society in 1999. In 2018, Eve graduated with a Masters of Business Administration degree in Health Management from Western Governor's University, receiving faculty-recognized excellence awards in Leadership & Management and Service Line Development as well as MBA HM Capstone special recognition. Eve was additionally honored to be inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success in 2022.
Eve enjoys working together with her husband and children and the team at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry to achieve their practice standard of optimal oral healthcare for each patient, provided in a friendly and caring environment.
Eve's greatest passion is her family and she loves spending time with them enjoying music, literature, gardening, travel, serving in her church & community and BYU Arts and sporting events.
Marie earned her dental hygienist degree from Montana State University of Great Falls, Montana, in 2008 and has provided excellent hygiene services to patients for over 13 years. Marie is genuinely passionate about high-quality, thorough and compassionate care. She has extensive knowledge in clinical periodontal and general dental hygiene and provides outstanding preventive and educational services to patients with gentle proficiency and professionalism.
Rorie is a native of Juab County, graduating from JHS in 2000. She started working in the dental service industry after graduation from Careers Unlimited Dental Assisting School in 2001. She provides quality, compassionate care for our patients and is an exceptional dental assistant with extensive experience in orthodontics. She enjoys working with the great people at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry and our patients and team love her sense of humor and friendly smile.
Rorie is married to Health Butler, who owns a very successful plumbing business. They have a son who serves the community of West Jordan as a police officer and second son who is a 6th grader. After work hours, Rorie loves spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball & going to the gym.
Sherrie earned her dental hygienist degree from Utah College of Dental Hyiene in 2016 and has provided excellent hygiene services to patients for over 6 years. Sherrie is genuinely passionate about high quality, thorough and compassionate care. She has extensive knowledge in clinical periodontal and general dental hygiene and is a great addition to our professional team and growing practice. Sherrie provides outstanding preventive and educational services to patients and is our Friday and Saturday hygienist for patients needing convenient after work or weekend appointments.
You might not have known that Sherrie has a twin sister! She enjoys watching movies, reading and time in the great outdoors ATV riding with her family.

Annette has been an integral part of Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry for over 30 years, overseeing all aspects of our front office. She is the first friendly face you will meet and shares the office ideal of "caring about not just [patients'] dental needs but their lives in general. We have fun and love to come to work." She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in dental insurance and coordinating treatment for our patients. Annette graduated from the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology and received her associate degree from Southern Utah University.
Sue Ann attended Snow College and then Weber State University, obtaining her registered dental hygiene degree, and has been a valuable member of our dental team for over six years. Sue Ann consistently provides exceptional dental hygiene services to youth and adults. To help patients achieve optimal oral health and the best smiles possible, Sue Ann attends continuing education trainings and courses, staying current with the latest research, information and products. She "loves working with" our dentist, co-workers and patients.
After work hours, Sue Ann enjoys quilting and spending time with her husband, Dale, and four sons.

Taya graduated with honors receiving her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene in April of 2022. She trained with Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry prior to graduation and brings an energetic & knowlegeable viewpoint as well as a fun, positive attitude. Taya can't wait to continue her career and grow relationships with her patients and is "so glad she can already call [her] coworkers [her] second family". May 5th is a monumental day for Taya-she will be marrying her fiance, Nic Booth, and the Juab County native couple plan to continue living in Nephi.
Taya enjoys camping and being in the great outdoors as well as golfing, sports and games. Taya especially loves spending time with her family and friends.
