Andrew Lee Smith

Mr. Smith is a Professional Geologist. He has over 25 years of experience successfully exploring, developing and operating North American and African base and precious metals mining projects. He also holds Directorships and management positions with a number of other junior exploration companies. Mr. Smith holds a BSc in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo and is a professional geologist and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He received the Mining Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1994 from the Quebec Prospectors Association for his role in mine development with Aurizon, and was named Outstanding Alumnus of 2009 by the Science Faculty of the University of Waterloo for his contributions to mineral exploration.

Julie Lemieux

Ms. Lemieux has over 25 years of experience in team leadership, project management, business development and continuous improvement strategy implementation. A graduate from Laval University, Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics. Most recently, Ms. Lemieux has worked as a senior consultant for Planifika Inc., a consulting firm specializing in helping companies develop an asset management mindset based on the Institute of Asset Management principles and ISO 55001 standards. She is also the vice-president of North American operations at EXMceuticals Inc., an emerging player in the international medical cannabis industry in Europe. Previously Ms. Lemieux managed strategic projects, including working with the Metis Nation of Alberta and its regions through Indigenous consultation, support, and advice on environmental services aligned with community concerns and values.

Mao Sun - CFO, Secretary

Mr. Sun is a founding partner of Mao & Ying LLP (formerly SunRonkai LLP) Chartered Professional Accountants. He has been working in public practice since 2003. He works on clients from various industries, and has extensive knowledge of Canadian and international accounting standards. Mr. Sun has extensive experience with Canadian listed public companies. Prior to founding Mao & Ying LLP (formerly SunRonkai LLP) in 2009, Mr. Sun worked in the assurance practice of an internationally recognized accounting firm.

Mr. Michael L. Page

Mr. Page is a recognized nickel geologist and has been active in the mining and exploration industry for 49 years. Positions held: Director of Exploration at Norilsk Nickel, one of the world's largest nickel and palladium producers, in charge of exploration, development, mine geology, and international standard reserve estimation; VP Exploration for Ivanhoe Mines group companies in China and Southern Africa; Spearheaded worldwide nickel exploration for BHP and Goldfields; Senior positions with various companies, including Western Mining Corporation (WMC). In Norilsk Nickel, Mr. Page's team delineated new deposits with 2 million tonnes of Ni metal; led drilling and PFS on a new open pit mine of 200 million tonnes @ 0.9% Cu and 1.1 g/t Au; With Ivanhoe Group Companies, Mr. Page managed the team and brought in the expertise that led to the discovery of Robert Friedland's copper deposits in the DRC Copper Belt, totaling some 1.4 bill tonnes @ 2.6% Cu.

Mr. Steve Letwin

Steve Letwin brings over 30 years of experience from the resource sector, where he specializes in corporate finance, operational management, and merger and acquisitions, including 10 years as President and CEO of IAMGOLD. Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Mr. Letwin was based in Houston, Texas, where he was the Executive Vice President, Gas Transportation & International, with Enbridge Inc. Before joining Enbridge, he served as President & Chief Operating Officer of TransCanada Energy. Mr. Letwin holds an MBA from the University of Windsor, is a Certified General Accountant, a graduate of McMaster University (B.Sc., Honors), and a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program.

Dr. Yingting (Tony) Guo has over 30-year experience in the mineral industries globally. He has worked on mineral exploration and development projects/mines in China, Canada, US, Mongolia, Africa and Europe. Mr. Guo's business expertise includes the mineral resource exploration, development, assessment, acquisition and project management. Dr. Guo has directly involved in discovering two large gold deposits (MOz Plus). Mr. Guo has worked from mining companies to consulting firms such as Jinshan Gold Mines, China Gold International, Behre Dolbear, etc. Dr. Guo currently works for Jaxon Mining Inc. (TSX.V JAX) as President and Director and two other TSX listed companies as independent directors. Dr. Guo is the founder and chairman of Association of Chinese Canadian Mining Professionals in Canada. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist from the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
