Austin is a Senior Financial Analyst with the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. Prior to joining the Team, Austin spent the previous 11 years of his career working as a Senior Associate with the Valuation and Advisory Services group at CBRE and at another national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Austin specializes in underwriting and financial analysis of investment grade assets, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. During his tenure, Austin has completed over $12 billion of commercial real estate valuation across Western Canada.
Austin is a Senior Financial Analyst with the CBRE National Investment Team-Calgary and joined the Team in 2021. He has over 11 years of commercial real estate experience.
Drew is a Sales Associate with the CBRE National Investment Team-Calgary and joined the Team in 2016. He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. The first four years of his career were specialized in underwriting and financial analysis, providing Drew a complete skillset for providing commercial real estate valuations. Now he specializes in the sale of investment grade real estate with significant focus and experience in the disposition of multifamily assets, development land and assets held by private capital. Drew has been involved in over $8 billion of closed investment transactions and has been the recipient of the CBRE Canada Hutcheson Award and the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP Rex Awards.

Duncan co-leads the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary alongside his partner, Richie Bhamra. With over 18 years commercial real estate experience specializing in the sale of office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets, Duncan has been involved in over $20 billion of closed investment transactions. He values collaboration, excels at working with various stakeholders across organizations and delivering results. He is in constant contact and providing guidance to private, public and institutional investors across the country. Duncan is well respected at CBRE as he is a three-time recipient of the Hutcheson Award which recognizes the top investment team in the country, a two-time recipient of the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP REX Awards and received the Peter Crompton Award (Canadian Rookie of the Year) when starting out his career as an investment broker.
Geoff started his commercial real estate career in 1993. He's a Senior Vice President with the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary and has been a vital member since the Team's inception. The team also benefits from his expertise as a Barrister and Solicitor and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. He provides in-house legal assistance to NIT-Calgary and valuable real estate insight to both vendors and purchasers. Geoff's principal role is the coordination and management of due diligence and closing matters for all transactions conducted by the Team. He keeps transactions on-time and on-price. His assistance is invaluable in reviewing third-party reporting, providing environmental expertise, title and off-title guidance and solutions to City Compliance issues. Geoff has received CBRE Canada Hutcheson Award 4 times, recognizing the top investment team in the country, and he's a 2-time recipient of the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP REX Awards.
Meagan joined the CBRE National Investment Team-Calgary in 2018. She coordinates and prepares all marketing materials, including high-level marketing brochures, confidential information memorandums, electronic promotional media, the team's website, as well as social media content and e-mail campaigns. She's a key member of the team that provides support wherever it is needed. She is highly detail oriented, organized and dependable, with great communication, administrative and social skills, as well as a high standard when it comes to quality of work for client services.

The first six years of his career were specialized in industrial sales and leasing where he was involved in over 600 lease transactions totaling over 5 million square feet. Tyler now specializes in the sale of investment grade real estate, and has significant experience in the disposition of owner-user-buildings, sale leaseback transactions and assets held by private capital. He's been involved in over $10 billion of closed investment transactions, and has been the recipient of the CBRE Canada Hutcheson Award which recognizes the top investment team in the country as well as the Hutcheson National Top Team award given to the leasing team in Canada. He's also the recipient of the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP Rex Awards.
