Anthony Gosler

Anthony joins us as the new Commercial Manager for Europe. Before joining Nui Markets, Anthony's experience includes being an International trader at Ingredients Brokers International and European Commercial Manager at Bdairy, responsible for developing new markets across Europe, South East Asia & Africa.

Ashley Honey

Job Titles:
  • Senior Vice President, Americas
Ashley has more than 15 years' experience in commodities, foreign exchange trading and treasury risk management. Prior to joining Nui in 2018, Ashley worked on financial markets projects with some of the world's largest corporations in both New Zealand and the United States including BNP Paribas, Ball Corporation, and Barclays Capital. Ashley has an economics degree from Arizona State University. When he is not focusing on developing Nui's strategic business partnerships across North America, Ashley is an ultra marathon runner and has competed in a number of events in the US.

Ashwini Law

Job Titles:
  • Head of Region APAC
Ashwini joins Nui Markets as the Head of Region of APAC. He has over 19 years of experience in Dairy Commodities and is confident that the technology solutions Nui Markets offers are the way forward for the Global Dairy Markets. In the approximately 5 years he spent with Darigold Inc., he led the Powders portfolio and was responsible for building direct customer access across the export markets of Asia-Pacific and MENA. In his earlier role, Ashwini was heading the Asia-Oceania Dairy Platform for Louis Dreyfus Company and was the key lead for LDC's JV in a Dairy Manufacturing Plant in Australia. Prior to this, during his time with OLAM, he gained exposure to the market and sourcing operations across MENA, LATAM, and North America. Ashwini lives in Singapore with his wife, who is an educator, and two children. His son is doing military service and his daughter is in high school.

David Ross

David is a chartered accountant, professional director, venture capital investor and expert forensic witness. He is the chair of KODE Biotech, Rialto Distribution and a Trustee of the NZ Arts Foundation, and has previously served on the boards of Konnect Net NZ, Lifestream International and Rex Bionics. David started the Rialto Cinemas chain and the Sky Arts channel, while co-owning Sky's Rialto Channel, and is a noted philanthropist and supporter of New Zealand business.

Dr. Bruce Maunder - Founder

Bruce is a co-founder of Nui. He is an experienced entrepreneur who has overseen the design and development of many software and electronic hardware projects. Bruce has a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Auckland.

Duncan Milne

Duncan has over 40 years' experience in the global agribusiness sector in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. He has extensive experience in commodity trading, risk management, global food sales, brand management, R&D, greenfield start-ups, M&A, restructuring and governance. Duncan is a director of NZ Dairy Goats Limited, Intergrain, and Hodder and Taylor, and was founding shareholder and a past director of Open Country Cheese Ltd.

Graham Greavett

Graham's experience includes trading dairy commodities for County Milk Products, Greenfields Ireland, Brooks McRobbie, Saputo, and most recently consulting for Mintec Global, helping improve their Price Reporting Desk. Prior to working in the dairy industry Graham worked in the pharmaceutical industry for GlaxoSmithKline, manufacturing products for phase 1 clinical trials and as a line leader in their respiratory production facility. Graham enjoys getting his hands dirty and is a city & guild qualified baker, learning his craft with Sainsbury's supermarkets.

Ian Proudfoot

Ian is the Global Head of Agribusiness at KPMG where he leads KPMG's consumer/industrial markets and agribusiness activity, providing a wide range of audit engagements across various primary sector industries. He is a leading expert in the agricultural business sector, with a deep understanding in how technical innovation and current market forces will shape agricultural initiatives moving forward. Ian regularly provides insights into upcoming agribusiness trends for numerous international media outlets.

Jeppe R.S. Jøker

Jeppe is a strong sales professional with extensive knowledge of the European dairy trade industry and expertise in sales, logistics and primary industries. Prior to joining Nui, Jeppe was a key accounts manager at Arla Foods where he played a key role in developing and implementing the Arla Cheese online trading platform. Jeppe has a Marketing Management degree at the Business Academy in Aarhus.

Kevin O'Sullivan - CEO

Kevin is the co-founder and chief executive of Nui. He is an experienced financial markets professional with a background in brokering and foreign exchange trading. A highly motivated entrepreneur, Kevin has a deep understanding of international trading markets, combined with experience in all aspects of business leadership, people management and strategic direction. Prior to co-founding Cream Trading and establishing the Nui platform, Kevin held a number of senior leadership roles with OMFinancial and Tuatara Management Ltd.

Leon Clement

Leon is an advisor, operating partner and independent director working across the food and technology industries. Leon's executive experience spans over 18 years in the dairy industry in senior market-facing roles with Fonterra and as Chief Executive at Synlait Milk. He is currently the Independent Chair for Raglan Food Co and precision fermentation start-up Daisy Lab.

Manuela Saldarriaga

  • Head of Procurement / Sales and Marketing for LATAM and MENA
Manuela brings to Nui strong business acumen and insight across international trade with over ten years of experience developing and managing international sales, purchasing and logistical operations in agri-food ingredients and commodities. As a valuable member of the Nui buy-side team, she has an integral role in strengthening buyer/supplier partnerships across our Marketplace and Enterprise platforms.

Mike Petersen

Mike is a Hawke's Bay based farmer and company director with a strong background in international markets and trade from his various governance roles in agribusiness. Mike is well connected across the New Zealand farming and exporting sector and has a deep appreciation for the world of international trade, rapidly changing consumer habits, and B2B marketing models. Mike has spent the past 6 years as New Zealand's Special Agricultural Trade Envoy, a role which he finishes at the end of this month. In this role, Mike has travelled extensively to advocate for open markets and promote international trade. Mike currently has independent governance roles with ANZCO Foods Limited, Kelso Genetics Limited and Totally Vets Limited. He sits on the advisory committee of Dryland Carbon and holds a cluster of directorships in farming in the East Coast region.

Rebecca Swinson - COO

By working closely with Nui's customers to intimately understand their business imperatives, Rebecca and Nui's technical team define, refine and deliver platform improvements to meet their customers' operational requirements. Prior to joining Nui Rebecca led business transformation initiatives for a number of large organisations across a variety of business sectors including the finance, electricity, telecoms and FMCG verticals.

Regan Robinson

Regan has over 13 years of experience in foreign exchange and commodities risk management. Before joining Nui in 2023, Regan spent ten years at National Australia Bank in Australia, assisting businesses with foreign exchange and commodity risk management. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Business MBA program. Regan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and three children in his spare time.

Ronald Kevin O'Brien II

Nui Markets are pleased to announce Ronald Kevin O'Brien II as our new President of Nui North America. He is energetic and highly optimistic about furthering technology's role within the Global Dairy Market, specifically in North America. He takes over this role with a keen understanding of what steps are necessary to integrate Nui into the daily operations of Dairy market participants. Ron spent the last nine years developing and implementing Interfood's risk, analytics, and derivatives mission as the company's Global Derivatives Director & Vice President. His responsibilities included trade origination and execution, derivative value proposition development, oversight and advisory of Interfood Americas position management, and advisory to Interfood Global position committee. This reputation gave him great pride. Ron understands breaking into new markets, and changing cultures as his expertise within financial Dairy derivatives spans 20 volatile years. Before Interfood, Ron founded and managed full-service dairy brokerage and consulting firms just as financial dairy markets rapidly developed across the globe. Regardless of what side of the table he sat on, he continued to bring innovative risk and opportunity management value propositions to stakeholders and shareholders throughout the value chain. Ron has a finance degree from the University of Florida. He is a retired-Sergeant in the United States Marines infantry, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He married his college sweetheart Hillary, who now serves as Chief of Audiology for the University of Miami and is a fantastic father of two.

Tim Van Der Hulst - CTO

Tim is responsible for helping define, implement, and accelerate Nui's strategy, growth, and opportunities via Technology. He leads the technical team and ensures we are delivering best in class technology solutions in line with business objectives. His background is in Software Development and he has a strong passion for technology, mentoring, and working in a team environment. He has extensive experience working with various startups in New Zealand including Grabone, PredictHQ, and Devoli. Tim has a degree in Computing and Mathematical sciences from Waikato, New Zealand.
